Warning some of these may not be for sensitive people-and i may have to say mature things for your understanding and it's part of life so I had to get it out of my chest ad yes it was hard for me to say these mature things considering my age..
Remember that periods are part of a woman's life and you shouldn't be embarrassed about them because everyone(ladies of course) gets them at some point of their life.
🚨Change your pad/tampon when it's full
🚨There is nothing wrong with wearing tampons at a young age-11
🚨Tampons are not for everyone and pads are not for everyone either
🚨Wearing Tampons for more than 8 hours can cause TSS-a very very rare disease, which you are unlikely to get TSS(toxic shock syndrome)
🚨Change your pads or tampons every 6-8 hours(depending on your flow)
🚨Even if you are not on your period pack sanitary towels in your bag!!
🚨You can wear a Tampon at any stage of your period either the 1st or 80th
🚨Wearing a tampon doesn't mean you lose your virginity-losing your virginity means having sex for the first time NOT wearing a tampon
🚨It's definitely not true that a tampon can get lost inside of you-it doesn't even go that deep
🚨When the string comes off-which is very very unlikely to happen-you just need to open your legs a bit and push!! If you haven't tried pulling it out..if it won't budge the seek medical attention
🚨Always wash your hands before your insert a tampon and after
🚨Scented pads can cause irritation to your 'area'
🚨Remember periods are nothing to be shy about...if you don't have any sanitary towels don't be scared to ask another lady..
🚨You can get your period very young or late teens-8 or 17
🚨NEVER wear a tampon when not on your period
CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR PERIOD...IT MEANS YOU ARE BECOMING A YOUNG LADYToxic shock syndrome-acute septicemia in women, typically caused by bacterial infection from a retained tampon or IUD
