🍼Don't eat their food...no matter how delicious it looks
🍼Tell them a bedtime story
🍼Always check in on them
🍼Don't watch horror movies while their wake and with you
🍼Feed them
🍼Put them to sleep at their bedtime but if they're a little older like 10+ give them extra time like 30minutes passed the bedtime
