Wendy didn't get annoyed too easily, but on this specific day, she was very annoyed. Not because she hated Valentine's Day or anything. She was only annoyed because she kept getting little notes from a secret admirer, and she couldn't figure out who it was.

It started off in the morning. There was this thing at school where you cut out hearts and write something nice to someone then you stick it to her locker. Well, when Wendy was on her way to homeroom, someone stuck one to her shoulder, startling her, but when she looked back, there was too many people to determine who it worst part was, it seemed Cheria knew who it was, but she wouldn't tell Wendy.

The heart that Wendy took off her shoulder read, 'You have a beautiful smile'. Smiling, Wendy stuck the paper heart to the inside of her notebook. It was the first time Wendy had actually received something on Valentine's Day. Even though it was something the whole middle school was doing, she still felt special.

On her way to her first class, Cheria gave Wendy a small note that someone had told her to give to Wendy. It read 'I love how you're kind to everyone'.

When Wendy got to her first class, she saw another note and a box of Pocky on her desk. She walked over to her desk and set down her stuff, picking up the note. This time there was a short poem on the paper.

I know this is short and sappy,

But I hope this makes you happy.

You don't know who I am at the moment, and it's a pity.

However, I love you and think you're really pretty.

Wendy smiled at the note and tucked it away in her Algebra folder. She then tucked the box of Pocky away in her pencil case.

During class, Wendy barely paid attention to what the teacher was saying; she was too busy trying to think of who could have a crush on her.

Once class was over, she quickly made her way to her next class. That was the class she had with Cheria. When she got to class, she was surprised to see yet another note on her desk along with a box of Conversation Hearts.

Wendy opened the note, but before she could read it, Cheria hugged her.

"Wendy! I'm so happy for you!" She cheered.

Wendy frowned, "But I don't even know who he is..."

"I do!" Cheria teased, "And I know exactly when you'll find out who it is. Now read the note!"

Wendy looked down at the note with Cheria looking over her shoulder anxiously.

You are amazing, and I want know if you have feelings for me too. At lunch, meet me in the library.

Later, at lunch, Wendy went to the library as the note had asked her to. After searching around for a bit, Wendy found a note sitting on a table with her name on it. She picked up the note and read it.

Sorry, I was too nervous to meet up with you. I promise you'll know who I am by the end of the school day. To give you a hint, I have a five letter name.

Wendy couldn't help but feel slightly disappointed. She wanted to know who this person was. Just based off of the fact that he was going through all of this for her, she knew she'd like him. There was also the fact that he didn't only mention how he liked her physical appearance; he also mentioned how he liked her personality.

She spent the rest of the day going through the names of people in her grade that had five letter names. After she got a small list jotted down in her notebook, she managed to narrow it down even more by crossing out the people hadn't shown much interest in her.

During the last fifteen minutes of her last class, Wendy sat staring at the names in her notebook rather than doing her homework. When the bell rang, Wendy was the last one out of the room, and Cheria was waiting for her at her locker with the person who had a crush on Wendy.

Wendy slowly walked down the school halls to her locker. She was upset that she couldn't figure out who had been giving her the notes and treats all day.

When she got to her locker, she almost didn't notice a blushing Romeo standing next to Cheria. Wendy simply opened her locker and put her stuff in her backpack. She paused just as she was about to take her backpack out of her locker.

"R-Romeo?" Wendy question, turning to her two friends. Romeo was the boy she had had a crush on since sixth grade. Wendy started blushing and looked down.

"H-Hi Wendy," Romeo stammered. "I-I j-just wanted to tell you... I-I was the one g-giving you those n-notes today."

"R-Really?" Wendy blushed even more, a small smile appearing on her face as she awkwardly rocked back and forth on her heels.

Romeo nodded. Wendy leaned forward and kissed Romeo's cheek, making him blush a shade that rivaled Erza's hair.
