It's Just Not Christmas Without You (NaLu)

Lucy wakes up to find herself in the guild, she looks around and sees everyone's at the guild. It's lucky nothing ever happened. She then puts her head back on the table to more sleep.
When this dark force comes from the main door everyone turns and stares. Natsu being an idiot ran towards the door, only to disappear. Lucy just stands as everyone else runs toward the door and disappears, even her keys fly out. What makes her feel more uncomfortable is that none of them come back. She just stands there alone in the guild. When the guild it self starts to vanish. Everything, everyone. Gone. Leaving her in this darkness. What was she to do? Run aimlessly to how knows where. That's when she finally hears the pleading screams of her friends and her not able to do anything. When the screams stop someone behind her starts laughing. She turns to find Natsu, he was laughing at her. She felt devastated. Being laughed at by your best friend is the worst feeling ever. Lucy then sees him turning away and leaving her. But not until he says the one word that always hunted her dreams.

"Weakling."

And with that she screams awake. Lucy stares at her surroundings. "I'm in my apartment." She looks at the clock, and it reads 3:23 AM.
"Well might as well get up." Lucy knew that she wouldn't be able to go back to sleep. Lucy walked to her kitchen and made herself some tea. She was never a coffee person. Even though she had to drink it a lot when she lived with her father. He'd always say, " ladies that drink coffee are more respected." So she'd always drink coffee to earn her fathers respect. It never worked so she gave up. Sighing at the memory, Lucy goes to her desk. Where her newest letter to her mother lay. Letting out a big sigh Lucy folds the letter and puts it in an envelope. It reads to Layla Heartfillia. She wax seals it when she has more letters. So she wastes no time.

'Might as well start training.' Lucy has been training every morning at 4. She first goes out for a run, which she runs all around Magnolia. Twice. She's been getting faster. Then she works with her all her spirits, but she mostly focuses on Loke,
Capricorn, and Sagittarius.

With Loke for marital arts and boxing, Sagittarius, for practicing her archery, and Capricorn she goes home to practice her magic.

When she's done it's around 12. When she goes to work as a model that finishes around 9-10pm.

Time skip (9:47pm)
Lucy walks out of the studio and sighs. 'Man another underwear shoot. I swear they just want me naked. Maybe I should look for another job? Maybe journalism? Idk.' Lucy walks to the mall. 'Why is it so busy? Oh right it's Christmas Eve, no wonder the underwear was red and green.' Lucy looks around and sees many families and couples. She walks to the bookstore. She walks to the young adult section. And sees a book out for display. 'A Christmas Without You. Mhmm?' She picks it up. And it's about how a girls boyfriend died and she has her first Christmas without him. 'This sums up what I'm going through but everyone's not dead. At least I think there not dead.' Lucy buys the book and heads home. She walks in Magnolia Park for a shortcut. 'FairyTail would be having there Christmas party right now. I can just picture it.'
...
"Mira give me more booze!" Cana yells. "Coming!" Mira walks to Cana in her red and white dress. "Aren't you going to dance Cana?" "Not unless it's with a man and we're alone."

'Man I wish Cana was here right now.' Lucy walks up to a tree and sits under it.

"Dancing is a manly thing!" Everything is manly to you." Ever says sitting beside Elfman with Freed, Bixlow and Lissana. "Lissana aren't you going to dance?" "Not until Erza gets off the dance floor. She's killing Natsu."

Lucy looks at the book she just bought and starts reading.

"Hey shorty, this is a party not the library. Put down that book." Gajeel yells at Levy. And she totally ignores him. "Gajeel let her read she's almost finished anyways." Lily backs Levy up even if she doesn't respond.

"Gray-sama looks so charming today." Juvia squeaks. "He isn't wearing anything but boxers." Gajeel grumps. "Gajeel-kun doesn't understand anything about true beauty like Juvia does. And don't bad mouth Gray-sama." Juvia glares at him.
...
"Look! Fireworks!" A kid yells at her parents. Lucy looks up to see a red and green sky. The red reminded her of Erza.

"That was fun. Thank you Natsu for being my partner." "Nughow proghbleum." Natsu weakly says walking back to the Lucy and Happy. Erza walks to the bar. "Mira. I am in the need of cake. Not a slice or two. A whole strawberry cake." "Coming right up." Erza looks around sees everyone talking, drinking and dancing. "Here you go." Mira places the cake in front of her. "Thank you." Erza takes the cake and walks to her team.

Lucy heads back to her apartment. She walks past the ice rink. With families and couples skating.
...
"Gray can you freeze the dance floor? We all want to skate." Mira ask Gray. "Sure!" Gray walks up to the dance floor and yells, "Ice Make - Floor!" And one foot of ice covered the floor. Gray then turned around and yelled, "Ice Make - Skates!" And everyone had skates. "Thanks Gray!" People yelled.
...
Lucy walked to her apartment. 'I really hate how the studio is on the other side of Magnolia. "Mama why are all the Sakura trees gone?" A little girl whined while tugging on her mothers coat. Lucy walks past them. She walks past the graveyard. And stops at the front. 'Might as well visit. It's not like anyone's breaking into my house.' Lucy walks into the yard and makes a beeline to her parents graves.

"Hello Mama, Papa. How are you guys? I can't believe Christmas is here already. I bet your wondering why I'm not with FairyTail. That's because it's disbanded. Yeah many things happened. I'm still here in Magnolia, but I've been thinking of moving to the capital, to get a better job. What do you guys think? I wanna be a journalist and I'll have a better chance there. Is that okay with you guys? Me moving away from here? She sits there in silence looking up at the sky.

"Hey mama, do you think Aquarius will forgive me for breaking her key? Well she said that I could use hers, but mama she... s-she...she... was my first...friend...and I did that to her."

"Well my best friend left me too. He just left me a letter. That's it. He's so cruel. He didn't even think of anyone. He left me. My best friend." Lucy gets up and wipes her tears.

"Well I have to go. I have a Christmas party to ditch. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I love you." Lucy walks out back to the street. When she hears many shouts and aww's, she looks around to see everyone looking at the sky.

She looks up and stops walking. There up in the sky were fireworks. Rainbow fireworks. ".....Natsu..."

"Come with me if you want to join FairyTail."
"Luigi."
"You're weird Lucy."
"Lets go on an S-class quest!"
"You're Lucy of FairyTail!"
"What tree? I don't know what you're talking about."
"What's with these outfits?"
"Don't bath together it's weird!"
"Run Lucy!"
"Welcome home!"
"Where's Lucy?!"
"Lucy!"
"How are you Lucy?"
"Lucy can't die!"
"What's wrong?"
"Lucy!"
"Goodbye Lucy."
....
"I miss you, please come back."

"Natsu how can you get sick while skating, it's not even transportation." Lucy says while carrying him to the table. "I don't know Luigi."
"What if you don't use skates and just slide around?" Natsu thinks for a moment. "That's a good idea Lucy!!" Natsu bends down to melt his skates off. Then stands up. "It works, thanks Luce." Lucy grands his hand. "Come on, let's go." She drags him to everyone else is. They join the circle. "Lucy you can skate really well!" "Thanks I love to skate. I always skate on Christmas. Dad would have a party and an ice ring, so I would just skate. It that many people skate, so it was just me." Natsu and Lucy hold hands and skate for the rest of the night.

"It's not Christmas without you, Natsu Dragneel. I love you. Please come home soon."

"Natsu!!! Look over there! Can you see it?" Natsu looks for what Happy is yelling about. Even if it's far away and really small, he could see it. He stops when he sees the rainbow fireworks.

"Don't they remind you of Lushi?" Happy sighs.
'Everything reminds me of Lucy.'
"Yeah. I hope Lucy is having a good Christmas. It's not Christmas without her, right?" Natsu stares at the sky. "Aye." Happy whispers half asleep. "I miss you Lucy. It's not Christmas without you.

I love you. I will come home."
