Chapter eight

Sadie's POV

I woke up to the smell of grilled cheese- my favorite. I made my way through the small hallway into the kitchen. There at the stove stood Luke in only a t-shirt and boxers.

I tip-toed behind him and poked his sides making him jump.

"Aye!" he shouted turning around "what was that for?"

I smiled and wrapped my arms around his neck and he leaned in. The kiss was short, but sweet. We let go and he looked down at me, smiling.

"Good morning to you too" He laughed.

"Are you making food?"

"Yes I am. Want some? There's one ready"

"Of course I do!" I laughed "If I'm right, you made my favorite" I tapped his nose as he tightened his grip around my waist.

"I believe so"

"Then yes, I will have some" I looked around for a plate and grabbed one of the sandwiches on the counter.

Sitting on the counter beside Luke, I watched him skillfully focus on the simple food. I reached over and messed up his hair. He had slight bed head as it was but it kind of worked for him.

He grabbed the spatula that sat beside me and took his newly acquired lip ring, between his teeth.

NIALL'S POV

"Wait what?!" I shouted. This is ridiculous. The guys all decided with out me that we should go to another hotel for a while. It makes no sense to me cause in a week we're all going to our own homes.

"Niall, we think it's best you get away from Sadie for a bit. You can't keep marching around on her relationship with Luke"

"Oh that's rubbish Zayn and you know it!"

"Niall all you do is talk to her. She's with someone else and she's happy let them be."

"I need some air" I ran out of the door slamming it behind me.

I heard laughing through Sadie's door.

Do I knock? Do I text her and tell her to get out here?

If I knock, Luke might answer. If I text her, Luke might get suspicious.

Why does everything come back to Luke?

That's it I'll just knock and if he answers I will tell him it's important and for her own good.

I finally get the courage and knock.

SADIE'S POV

"Luke that's gross!" I punch his arm laughing hysterically.

"What? I'm just saying like what kind of baby would a camel and a panda have?"

"Ew" after a minute or so there was knocking at the door.

"I got it" I said as I jumped off of the counter.

There was another light knock on the door right as I opened it.

"Niall?"

"Hey. I gotta talk to you."

"Um alright" I held up my index finger signaling Luke that I would be back in a minute. He nodded and went back to the stove.

I stepped out into the hallway and closed the door behind me.

"So, what's up Ni?"

NIALL'S POV

"So, what's up Ni?" Ni. god I'm gonna miss hearing her call me that.

"Um I got some bad news."
