Frank Iero's life was a series of events. Whether said events were good, bad or somewhere in between, everything always flattened out eventually.
He did what he always did, and nothing major ever really changed in his life.
However since Gerard Way became his boyfriend, life just seemed brighter.
Waking up in the morning was more then just dragging himself out of bed. It was preparing to see Gerard at school and sending him a snapchat reminding him how much he loved him. The wait for lunch was more then just not wanting to be in class, Frank wanted to spend time with the most important boy in the world.
Gerard Way made life more interesting, and Frank loved to be around him. He loved to steal kisses when teachers had their backs turned. He loved to take him out to fancy places he really couldn't afford; just to see the smile on Gerard's face.
But he did not like driving him to a gay conversion clinic.
"This is a bit ironic, isn't it?" The older boy asked, smoothing down his platinum blonde hair in the mirror. "My gay boyfriend's driving me to a place that's supposed to stop people like me liking people like you."
Frank shook his head. He appreciated that Gerard was trying to lighten the mood, but he absolutely hated that his parents would force him to go somewhere like this. "It's bullshit. Complete bullshit. You shouldn't even have to go somewhere as hateful as this." Frank said, glancing across to his boyfriend. "You're too perfect to go in there."
Gerard leaned across the console and pressed a kiss to Frank's cheek. "It'll be fine, Frankie." Frank blushed just a little bit.
"They couldn't convert me if they tried." He declared. "I'm just too...gay."
Frank cracked a smile as he turned into the parking lot. "Your far too gay for all that."
The car came to a stop within the painted white lines. Frank looked across to Gerard, feeling far worse then he though he would have.
Gerard seemed to notice how concerned Frank looked. "I'll be fine, Frank. I promise." He held up his pinky.
Frank rolled his eyes, but connected his finger with Gerard's anyway.
"I'm taking you somewhere nice after this shit." He promised as the other boy opened the car door. "Somewhere much better then here."
"I look forward to it." Gerard smiled before closing the car door and walking into the conversion center.
I'm on a roll today wow. and 30 reads already?? you guys give me hope that this book won't be total shit lol
