(First three chapters are in 3rd person p.o.v, then after that its basically all Louis' p.o.v and in my opinion, the chapters after them are a lot better. I'll probably end up changing it a bit once its completed. Anyways, THANK YOU FOR GIVING THIS STORY A CHONCE. -don't forget to vote :)

Authors Note: I'm excited to write this so if you happen to stumble across this somehow and enjoy the first chapter, please comment so I know whether to actually continue it. Thanks :)

(also, I'm going to write as if Louis' only siblings are Lottie, Pheobe and Daisy)

We looked at each other a little to long to be just friends...
(Makes my heart hurt just thinking about how they relate to this)

He didn't mean to.

Really.

The whole thing started off the most awkward way possible, humiliating actually, also, quite ironic if you ask me.

****************

"This year has been one of the greatest so far, exceptional actually.

If I'd have to say, out of all my years working here, this year would be my favourite"

Loud applause from the parents were echoing throughout the high school gym. Where as the students, well they had heard this speech more times then they can count, it was getting quite sickening actually.

The students knew that the principle of Aubree High, in other words, Mr Fraser, had repeated that speech to every other year group before them, even the graduating students.

Louis Tomlinson was sat in the back section of the bleachers with his Liam and Niall; who he'd considered best friends since about eight years old.

Niall and Louis were snickering when Mrs Spooner slipped as she walked off the stage, along with most people. But Liam, being the sensible one, smacked them both over the head playfully.

"So childish" he muttered, fake disappointment written all over his face, yet there was a small smile on his lips as he watched his two best friends in amusement.

Louis, being the dramatic person he is, gasped, faking his shock.

"Liam, how could you do that to me?"

"I thou- I thought you- you, loved me?" He continued. After a few seconds his hurt expression dropped dramatically and was replaced with boredom. "Kidding, violence is never the answer, Mr Payne" he muttered, tapping his small fingers against Liam's nose with each syllable. Liam rolled his eyes. Sadly, he considered this type of behavior normal. "You're a weird one, Louis."

A few students from Louis' and the boys school made speeches, not that the three of them really played any attention to what was being said.

Maybe Liam did.

Louis almost jumped up out of happiness when his year was released to go home and enjoy their break.

They had just finished their second to last year, and after what seemed like a lifetime, it was summer break,

He made sure to notify Liam and Niall that they would celebrate tonight, and the three of them flipped each other off with smiles as they departed ways.
That was also normal.
