"Niall." Liam sighs. "We can not rhyme the word say, with gay"

"Why not? Do you have something against ga-"

"Are you serious right now-"

"Well at least add the word nandos too it, I mean co-op-er-a-tion people"

I let myself cut in the stupid bickering between Liam and Niall. "Shut up! The both of you. Niall, we can not sing about food and no, obviously Liam has nothing against gays" I gesture to myself "but that doesn't mean it's not gonna be awkward to sing about it. What's the song even about anyways? We haven't even discussed the main freaking idea or concept it's gonna be based on"

The four of us were currently sprawled around my room like starfish, attempting to write a song. Obviously as you know by now, the writing session had so far; consisted of Niall trying to add nandos into the lyrics, Liam - being the daddy he is - pointing out the ridiculousness of the idea, Zayn; who I'm pretty sure had dozed off by now, and now here we are.

"Okay, yeah you're right. So.. Any ideas?" Liam looked up hopeful. I groaned.

-

"How's the song going Lew-is"

The familiar raspy voice met my ears and somehow, calmed me. "You don't even wanna know. I swear they just love pissing me off"

Harry chuckled. "I'm sure it can't be that bad. What's the main idea of the song anyways?"

"..."

"What, you guys don't know yet?"

"Well, Niall suggested... Nandos?" my voice raised a tiny bit in embarrassment.

"Jesus.. Of course Niall would suggest something like that" he chuckled.

"Well I mean, its not like we've got a good situation or experience to write about. Were literally three teenage boys who have no lives so.."

He laughed. "It doesn't have to be based on your own experiences. It could be based on a movie situation or maybe even just something you've witnessed, then use your imagination to extend it all"

"Right.. Yeah thanks Hazz, that actually helped a lot.." I told him, my mind drifting to a few movies I had recently watched. "Anyways, how's everything with you?"

"I'm just tired.. I want to see everyone -my family, friends... You- I miss being around everyone"

"We all miss you too, but one more show right? Then you can have a well deserved break" I smiled to myself.

"Lou.. My management.. T-they're trying to convince me to add more tour dates on.. I feel bad saying no, but I've been looking forward to the final show for so long.. I mean, they- they don't accept my opinions.. or me. I don't know I'm just being dramatic"

"No. You're not being dramatic at all." I was surprised how serious my tone was. "What do you mean by them not accepting you hazz?"

It was silent for a few seconds. "I'm just not in control of my image.. I know it's stupid but-"

"Harry listen to me please.. You know I care about you, I want to hear what you have to say.. I'll listen, you know I won't judge you Hazz"

And that's how this conversation kinda led me to wanting to go kick their head of management in the balls. I was told how he's forced to remove nail polish before shows and interviews, how he's not aloud to dress how he wants because apparently his choice in fashion is to feminine. How he once argued with his team for at least twenty minutes because he wouldn't take off lipstick before a talk show. How his team has to approve of each song he writes -only choosing ones that don't make him seem weak - is what they say, but he knows that it's because they basically deny all the rumours that surround him. He knows that the "ladies man" rumours are made from his own management team but he has no say in what his image is. He's never aloud to deny nor confirm any of these lies, they're just there to hang around and make him seem more - popular? - yeah, I don't get it either.
