Itachi's fight the beginning

*** Itachi's POV ***

Walking away in deep thought from Sakura's house I don't even notice that 2 knuckleheads are running behind me calling my name. When the finally catch up to is when I come back to. "Geez Itachi nii-san we've been trying to call you for the past 5 min" Naruto said "Exactly... what's on you're mind little cousin" Shisui said. I just stayed quiet not wanting to say anything in front of Naruto. "Anyway I just wanted to ask where teme is... have you seen him?" The small hyper blonde asked. "Haven't seen him Naruto" was my reply. "Ok... gotta go keep looking for him... later"

"Ok, now that he's gone. What's really going on Itachi" I sighed. Shisui was thr only one that could read me like and open book always knew when something was the matter. "I'm in a battle against Sasuke..." before I could finish Shisui screaming cutting me off "BATTLE... WHAT DO YOU MEAN BATTLE!!!" Annoyed all I could say was "if you keep it down I'll tell you... deal" "deal" Shisui said.

*** timeskip after Itachi tells Shisui everything ***

Shisui looks at me with a big smile and says "Sooooooooo.... what is it that you are going to do little cousin" "I was kind of hoping that you could help me" looking at Shisui hopeful that he will say yes. "Oh no... nope... not getting involved. Naruto and I had a feeling this was going to happen that's why we both decided to stay out of it and basically support Sakura." "Wait... what do you mean you and Naruto decided not to get involved?" I look at Shisui with a puzzled face.

*** Shisui POV because he's awesome*** :)

I look at Itachi and sigh. "We both knew this would eventually happen because as you know I can read you like a book. Same goes for Naruto he can read Sasuke easy." I look at him and continue "We talked for a bit and figured out that both of you liked Sakura. So you both wouldn't drive her crazy we decided to jusg have her back and support her and not get involved with what ever you 2 will do"  Itachi was about to ask something but I stopped him right before and said "that's why Naruto is looking for Sasuke. He is about to have this same conversation with him" I could tell Itachi was a bit relieved upon hearing this. "Ok well I got to go. I have someone to meet" was all I heard before I was left alone watching Itachi run off.

*** Itachi's POV ***

I was running off with one goal in mind, to find Sakura. I was hoping that Sasuke wouldn't be with her so I could ask her to dinner with me. Hoping I wasn't too late to ask. I got to her house after looking for her for what felt like forever. I found her sitting outside her balcony in deep thought.... Looking closely I saw that she had the rose Sasuke gave her. She was holding the rose with such delicacy and with a smile on her face. 'I have to do something about it' was all I thought

"Sakura" she looked down and saw me gave me such a beautiful smile and said "Hi Itachi" "Come down here bit I have a question for you". "Ok be right there" was all she said before she disappeared. I waited for about 5 minutes and she walked out of her house looking more beautiful if that was even possible. "Yes, Itachi what was the question?" She looked a bit confused.  "I was wondering if I could.... Well if you would like to go to dinner with me tonight?" I looked at her and immediately saw a blush on her face. Making her even more gorgeous. "Yes, I would love to" "I'll pick you up around 7 is that ok?" I asked still couldn't believe she had said yes. "That'll be perfect. See you then Itachi" she said and she walked back into her home.
