Sakura woke up first when she noticed that she felt something hard and warm. Opening her eyes she saw that she was hugging Sasuke. Immediately removing herself she had a huge blush on her face. Once she got up Sasuke started moving behind her.
"Good morning Sasuke-kun"
"Hn" was all Sasuke said but he was thinking 'why is she adding -kun at the end if she's dreaming about Itachi. Guess mom was wrong. Sakura only has feelings for him.'
Sasuke couldn't stand the feeling so he just got up and left to Naruto and Kakashi's room.
All Sakura could do is frown at Sasuke's back feeling sad that he left her with no words.
***short time skip to when they arrive at suna***
Finally they had arrived at Suna's gates. Being met by 2 boys and a girl that looked to be no older than them.
"Welcome to Suna, I'm Temari and these 2 are my brothers Kankuro and Gaara." The 2 boys nodded.
"Thank you, I'm Kakashi these 3 are the members of my team. Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura" All 3 nodded in return.
"You all must be tired from the journey. Our father the Kazekage arranged for a formal dinner for you all as a welcome. Also for sleeping arrangements so you can rest. Of course all of this after the business is taking care of since that is your mission" said Temari
"Yes and thank you again" Kakashi said
"Follow us" this time it was Kankuro that spoke.
**** skipping the whole meeting to the dinner party.****
Sakura heard a knock on her door "Come in" "Temari! How can I help you"
"Well since this kind of a formal party father asked us to get you all clothes. So here you go" Temari said with a smile on her face.
"This is beautiful Temari. Thank you" Sakura said shocked at the beauty of the gown Temari gave her.
"No problem. Come on lets get you ready!" Temari said with a grin on her face.
The boys were already down stairs at the Kazekage mansion waiting for the girls to come down. Kakashi was speaking to the Kazekage about business matters. All of the sudden Naruto just stopped talking and was with his mouth open. Sasuke looked in the direction Naruto was looking and was in awe. Down the stairs came Sakura in a long midnight blue gown with slits down the sides of her legs and her hair pinned up with light make up.
Temari was dressed similar but her gown was black.
"Wow... imouto you look beautiful" Naruto said
Sasuke was completely speechless. Had to turn away immediately because he felt a blush coming in his face.
Sakura frowned thinking Sasuke didn't like how she was dressed or thought she was ugly. If only she knew it was the exact opposite.
There was a little time that they all got to chat before they heard "dinner is served"
All of them went to the dinner table to get ready to eat.
Once at the table Sasuke wanted to sit as far away as he could from Sakura. But they ended up right next to each other. Sakura felt Sasuke tense the whole dinner. When she was done she excused herself and ran back to her room. Hurt because Sasuke wouldn't look at her. Before this Sasuke saw a tear slip from her eye. Sighing he excused himself as well and followed Sakura.
Sasuke was about to knock on Sakura's door when he noticed it was slightly opened. He decided to walking and saw Sakura standing on the balcony.
He heard Sakura sobbing also heard her say. "Why... why cant Sasuke-kun look at me" 'I do but you love Itachi and I wont get in the way' Sasuke thought. Then he heard something that made his heart skip a beat. "I love you Sasuke-kun"
Hearing this he immediately went up to her and hugged her from behind. Sakura was about to scream when she heard his voice "I love you too Sakura. I have loved you since we were younger"
Sakura turned around and hugged Sasuke back. Then Sasuke continued "I didnt want to say anything because I thought you loved Itachi. I heard you say his name last night when you were asleep"
Sakura gasped she couldn't believe that Sasuke had heard her say Itachi's name. Sakura released Sasuke from her hug. "Please leave Sasuke. I'd like to be alone" Sasuke looked shocked but complied to her wish. Not before giving her a kiss on the forehead.
"What am I going to do" Sakura whispered to herself. "I love Sasuke but I think I also love Itachi"
Sakura was deep in thought.........
