How much can a heart take before it turns to dust? I've been feeling pains behind my upper left rib cage; right where my heart would have been. Is it possible to die from a broken heart? I feel so broken and empty, I'm not even sure I can do what I'm doing anymore. But I have to. Winning this battle is all I have left. Once I get rid of all the humans, all the people. I can finally set myself free. I remember seeing a quote when I was younger, maybe when I was 14. It said something about the people who kill themselves are angels that had return to Heaven. I'm definitely no angel. I'm the worst demon that you could ever imagine. I'm not the Devil. Isn't that insane? I don't even want to be. I just want to be done. I'm so tired of carrying around all this weight I caused for myself. Once I finish this task, I'm as good as gone.
I find a mirror in James' house and it happens to be on the wall next to his dead body. I project myself for every living thing to see, even the people in the other world. "Hello," I say with a stern voice, "I'm sorry for the interruption, well not really. I'm just warning you now that I will be coming for you. All of you. I'm done with these silly games. You reject me, it's simple. I'll just kill you. You accept me, you'll be my slave. It's your choice. Don't you dare question me. I have my reasons and it's none of your concern. Now, enjoy your day because it may be the last one you have." I turn away and walk to the church. "Hey you," I point to a demon working, "I need every demon here as soon as possible." Then he took off, I suppose to send out my command. Soon after, more and more Demond's started to enter the doors to take a seat.
The room is full when I decide to speak. "As you all know, you're here because it's time to finish this once and for all." So many concerned faces appear throughout the crowd. "Oh don't worry, all will be great when I'm finished." I said with a smirk growing onto my monstrous face. "You," I point to a bulky and strong looking demon. "And you," I point to another demon. "I need you two to make me an army, quick." I point to a few other demons, "And I need you to watch this army, make sure things go as planned and nothing gets out of hand." I walk out and everything stays silent. Not a single voice makes its way out. It's great to be feared. I laugh.
