Chapter 10

Taeyong POV

"Okay now that everyone is here, sort out your seats!" Mr Junmyeon ordered, as I was about to seat next to Jaehyun Mr Junmyeon stopped me. "eeexcept for you young man." he glared and continued "you're going to with Chaeyeon since both of you are the class representatives." Chaeyeon?! THE JUNG CHAEYEON?  I looked at her and she stared back. calm down Taeyong. I approached her to ask where she wanted to sit, now is the time Taeyong. DONT STUTTER. "h-hey w-w-where do you wanna s-sit?" she giggled and replied with "hmm.. are you okay sitting here?" she pointed out and looked at me "uhh yeah sure." I replied with a smile.

As we sat down I looked at Jaehyun who sat two seats down I noticed him look really.. sad? he noticed me staring and suddenly shook it off.. this is strange. Jaehyun is always smiling? and really cheerful? I started getting concerned so I mouthed "you okay bro?" he seemed to understand since he smiled and mouthed back "yeah dont worry."  I decided to shake it off and sat down. The bus ride had been surprisingly quite since everyone was sleeping but since I couldn't sleep I decided to pull out my notebook and write down some lyrics and continued writing some ideas down till I noticed a pair of eyes look at my notes. "oooo whatcha writin'?" I instantly froze and turned around to look at her. Chaeyeon. who was really close. "u-uh some.. rap lyrics." I replied, she seemed to be really interested since she leaned my way to look at the lyrics "wahh those are some good rhymes.. I'm impressed!" she said. I looked down and tried to calm myself down "thanks.." I said so shyly ew I sound so girly.. I need to look manly. for her. 

"Your welcome! Jennie unnie is really good at rapping too! you two should write a song someday" she said smiling. gosh that smileee is literally melting me! "yeah. maybe.. when she doesn't hate me" I chuckled "oh I promise you she doesnt hate you" why does everyone say shes cold? she a ball of fluffiness! I decided not to reply to her comment and continued writing stuff down. "hey im gonna go to sleep. wake me up if you need anything!" she says, I drop my pen down and look away from the paper for a second to look at her I laughed quietly as she pulled a moomin stuff to out she noticed me laughing and laughed with me. "hey moomin is cute dont judge me!" she pouts GAHH YOURE DRIVING ME INSANE JUNG CHAE! "Jaehyun is obsessed with that little thing." I reply "really?! I mean who doesnt LOVE moomin. Me and him would get along so well then" she says with the most exciting voice, I grip the pen as hard as I can. Chaeyeon and Jaehyun getting along? not on my list. 

As she tries to sleep I notice her looking uncomfortable.. nows the time to show your sweet side Taeyong. "cant sleep?" I ask "y-yeah its so cramped in here!" she says "I mean I dont mind you.. you know.. um.. y-you can rest your head on my shoulder." I tell her as I give her a long stare "oh! thank you! but.. arent you and Jennie a thing...?" WHAT?! "NO! of course not!" I say. very shocked. "okay then.. thank you." she says shyly. She hugs her moomin stuff toy close to her chest as she drifts to dream land as she lays her head on my shoulder.
