Daisy (5/7/18)

The hairbrush flew through my freshly washed hair, leaving it slightly wavy which was its natural form. I touched up my eyeliner and lipstick before snapping a quick photo of my outfit for instagram. It was the next night and I was heading over to Callum's flat in about 15 minutes, excitement filled my body as I thought about seeing him, the other Cal and Harry. I hadn't been over to their flat for a while and I missed their antics, Sarah said that the sidemen were coming too so this would actually be my first time meeting them.
Nerves flushed over my body for a split second before I grinned at my reflection, my dimples popping out and my green eyes sparkling. 'There isn't any need to be nervous', I told myself as I gathered my bits and pieces together, 'they're just your friends' I thought as I locked my car. 'Its not like somethings gonna happen' I whispered as I started up my car and smoothed out my grey dress (MEDIA), the creases disappearing along with my nerves as I pulled out of the carpark and began driving to Callum's apartment.

"Daisy oh my gosh its been ages!" Grinned Cal from his high height, even with heels I wasn't as tall as this giant. I grinned up at him and gave him a big hug. I was surprised that Callum (lux) didn't answer the door since it his was his party but I wasn't complaining. I followed Cal into the apartment, the loud music bounced off the walls and I already felt happy about being here. Cal gripped my wrist and lead me over to a group of people, we stopped at the liquor table first and picked out some drinks of course. "Guys, meed Daisy" Cal said loudly over the booming music, seven pairs of eyes raked over my body before someone spoke. "Hey Daisy! The boys and Sarah have said quite a lot about you". I grinned at the boy who had spoken, he had a beard and later introduced himself as Joshua Bradley. The boys went around saying their names, one stood out to me. He was shy but had a mischievous look in his eyes, his name was Simon Minter.

The party went on late into the night, somewhere along the way I had ditched my cup of rum and coke and moved onto vodka and sprite, even though I was still not very drunk I was having a bomb ass time, Sarah and I danced a lot together and Joshua hung out with me too for a while. My brother couldn't make it unfortunately which I was sad about but it didn't bother me too much, he does have a life too and I can't always interfere.
My hips unknowingly swayed along to the music as I sipped on my cup of Vodka and Sprite, Josh was telling me all about his girlfriend which was actually really interesting and I could tell he was in love just by the way he spoke about her. I sighed and thought about how it would feel to love someone like that and have them love you back unconditionally, suddenly my view of Josh was blocked and I jumped slightly. Simon had planted himself between us, I looked up into his sparkling blue eyes and smiled slightly with a confused look still written on my features, "hiya beautiful, care to dance?" He held his hands out and waited for my response, I glanced at Josh quickly and he just nodded at me as a sort of 'go ahead' sign. I gratefully accepted Simon's gesture and allowed myself to be whisked away by the tall man.

Little did I know he would whisk away my heart and sweep me off my feet.
