Room # 13

"Hmm, ok wait, I forgot to tell you. Two days ago, we were all training till 8PM. Everyone was tired so we just left our stuff inside clubroom. Then I just put them back yesterday, which was also when I noticed the missing shot put." Grendel told Xalim and Sherman.

"Oh, I guess that makes a lot of sense. I was almost convinced that you could've been suspicious after Ortho asked that question." Sherman commented.

"So, that pretty much clears you of suspicion. Thanks for the help Grendel." Xalim thanked Grendel.

"You're welcome, just do your best to defend my teammate. I know Tomas would never do such a thing. He's a great athlete and a good friend." Grendel told them.

"Don't worry, we'll do our best. We'll be going now." Sherman assured.

November 10, 1:30 PM

Chamber of Investigation

Room # 19

After Sherman and Xalim left, they started questioning the people on the list that Grendel gave them. Unfortunately, they didn't get much information. They all didn't stay after school yesterday or went to the clubroom early in the morning. The two continued with their work. There are still two people on the list they have to yet to question. Accar Park, leader of the Tennis Team, and Kara Taye, leader of the Karate team. They started with Accar Park.

"Hmm... I'm not sure if I stayed after school... Did I? I'm really unsure." Accar Park wondered.

"Oh come on Car, how can you forget something so recent? Try to remember. This is crucial." Xalim insisted.

"Yeah, hurry there's not much time," Sherman added.

"Ah, I remember!" Park exclaimed

"Really?" Xalim responded

"Finally." Added Sherman

"I just realized that I didn't stay after school haha," Park answered while laughing.

The two immediately made their way out upon hearing Park utter those words.

"Okay, see you..." said Xalim as he went outside

"Never..." Sherman added, following Xalim.

November 10, 1:40 PM

Chamber of Investigation

Hallway

"Well, that was a waste of time... If he was just gonna tell us something useless, he should've done so the moment we asked," Xalim complained.

"Ugh, I know..." Sherman agreed." "Let's just go to Kara's room and be done with this." He suggested.

"We still have to go visit Tomas in the detention room after asking Kara some questions."

"Right, then let's hurry. I'm starving already."

The two hurried to Kara's room. Though upon reaching Room # 5 in the Chamber of Investigation, the door was locked. They tried knocking, but no one answered.

"That's weird. Everyone except us, Solveig, Addyson, and Tomas should be inside their rooms." Sherman wondered.

"I know. Maybe she's sleeping or busy. Let's just leave her aside. It's not she's got much relevance to the case at hand." Xalim reasoned. "Let's head to the detention room now, and then be done with this." He added.
