The words were said,
those flower garlands hugged their necks tight,
He looked at her, in the eye,
She blushed like the fading moonlight.
Her Dad cried as she left for a new life,
Her mom, she ignored the pain inside,
And the buds that bloomed with love,
got ready to hold on for the lovely night.
But as the moon descended towards the horizon,
The devil woke up to a raging mind,
She still remembers that fire burning bright,
Through his fists, landing hard upon her thighs.
Her wishes faded into darkness,
She lost her vision, her sight,
How she wished he fell for silver,
but the one in her eyes.

Some call it a crime, some call it justifiable.
I wish we open up our eyes, before it turns dark, really dark.
