Barry was sat at home, thinking about the wonderful time he had had the night before. He was home alone, so as there wasn't much point in staying he decided to head to STAR labs early, especially with a supernatural dead guy, as Cisco put it, running around the city. He checked his phone, only to find more reports of robberies, all with sightings of strange weather phenomenons, such as large mists and hailstorms.
----------------------------------------
Arriving at STAR labs, he was surprisingly the only one there, so he proceeded to sit down and do some investigating on Clyde with the cortex computers. He went through the lists of people, and selected Clyde's name. As he read up on him, he noticed a symbol next to his name, which he clicked on only to realise that it meant 'tested for the meta-human gene'. There was a list for this, which he proceeded to look at. 'Total 5 tested, 3 results'.
3 results, that didn't seem right. He wanted to investigate further, but then Cisco arrived, so it was time to start training. He greeted Cisco, and moved over to the treadmill he had designed specifically for Barry.
----------------------------------------
After a few hours of training, everyone was now at STAR labs, Cisco, Wells, Caitlin. Barry was on the treadmill when Caitlin walked in, causing him to get distracted and fall, making her laugh. This was when the alarm went off, signalling that the STAR labs satellite had picked up on Clyde's location, so Barry was about to run off, when Cisco came out of his lab with a new surprise. He had a full-body suit, dark red in colour with a face mask attached to the 'cowl' of the suit. Putting it on in a flash, he started to run to the warehouse where Clyde had been detected. Through a communications device in the cowl, Cisco and Wells both explained that the suit could track vitals, as well as movement speed and other things.
----------------------------------------
Arriving at the warehouse, he immediately found Clyde, standing in the open. He ripped off the face mask and through it to one side, and shouted
"Why are you doing this? How are you alive??!"
"Huh, I've heard of you. It doesn't matter. Look what I can do. What I have become. I am God". Clyde replies, starting to form huge gusts of wind around him.
"You are no God, you are a criminal", Barry exclaimed, running after Clyde, only to realise that he couldn't get close enough without losing balance, Clyde was now in the centre of a devastating tornado, and not only that, he was in full control.
"Guys! What do I do!?" He shouted through the COMMs, hoping for advice. Wells then explained that he could dissipate the tornado by running around it in the opposite direction that it is spinning in, so Barry instantly tried, running, and running. He then got knocked out of his flow by another gust of wind, causing him to lose hope that he could do this.
"Barry, you have to do this. You need to do this for everyone, I believe in you Barry, you are so strong, you have the power to do this", Caitlin encouraged through the COMMs.
This gave Barry all the confidence he needed, running like his life depended on it. Well, maybe it did. Running as fast as he possibly could, the tornado started to dissipate. Running, feeling the electricity run through him, he quickly finished the job. It was done, and Clyde was just stood there, only to meet his impending death, through three bullets piercing him through the chest. Barry spun around, to realise that Joe had showed up, gun out and still pointed at the dead body. Barry ran over to Joe, removed his cowl, giving Joe a major surprise.
----------------------------------------
It was later that day, just Barry left at STAR labs. He decided to check that list again, wondering why three out of the five tested people gained results. He opened a slideshow of results, and started flicking through names.
Francisco Ramon - Tested, Negative
Harrison Wells - Tested, Negative
Barry Allen - Tested, Positive, Increased cellular movement, among other affects
Clyde Mardon - DNA Sample tested, Positive, Allows control over the weather. Further details untested.
All as expected, he thought to himself.
