I woke up and didn't recognize my surroundings.

"Oh thank goodness your alive." Says aunt Jackie kissing me all over and pulling me into a hug.

"What am I doing here?"

"You don't remember anything do you?" Asks Jackie

"No not really. But I have a massive headache and my body aches. I feel like a truck ran me over."

"Aww poor baby. Don't worry that fool won't get away with this. I can promise you that. I'm such a terrible aunt. I was so busy with my man, I didn't notice what's been going on. Jojo told me and I couldn't believe that young man would put his hands on you. I'm sorry I wasn't there baby." Says Jackie

"It's okay it's not your fault. I learned my lesson. It's not okay for a guy to put his hands on me."

"So you're getting your memory back?" Asks Jackie

"I think so. It's starting to come back to me. I went to the movies with Jojo, Reggie and Alex. Then we went out to eat. I saw this cute boy. We started talking then Alex got pissed. When we went home we started fighting. After that everything went black."

"He can't hide forever. He does not have the right to put his hands on you." Says Jackie

"I hate him so much."

"I know baby I know. I think you should move in with me and my boyfriend for awhile. I need to take care of you. I'm sure Trey won't mind." Says Jackie

"You sure? I don't want to be in the way."

"You're family you always come first." Says Jackie

"I love you auntie."

"I love you too baby girl." Says Jackie kissing my forehead.

"Look whose finally awake." Says Jojo walking into the room.

"Hey girl."

"I'm so happy your okay. I really thought I lost my best friend. I don't know what I would do without you. I love you and don't ever scare me like that again. Promise me you won't keep doing this? You need to let that boy go. I don't know how many times I can say this. There might not be a next time." Says Jojo

"I know you don't have to tell me. I'm done with him. I mean it on everything we are over."

"I hope so because I hate seeing you like this. I miss the strong Ashanti who never let a man hurt her. I never should have introduced you to him. I had no idea he was like this." Says Jojo

"Well now you know. Looks can be deceiving. I gave him everything and what do I get in return. I end up in the hospital. I never seen him that angry before."

"It's time to move on for real this time. I know the perfect way to make you feel better." Says Jojo

"Oh no what you got up your sleeve this time?"

"Remember that boy we saw at Olive Garden?" Asks Jojo

"The one with the pretty eyes?"

"Yes Daniel that's the one." Says Jojo

"Wait you know him?"

"I got his number for you. I played it off like he was my cousin. So Reggie wouldn't get mad. That's what took me so long to leave." Says Jojo
