"We shouldn't be doing this."

"Yes we should. You know how bad I've been wanting you?" Says Ronnie

"We can't tell Alex."

"Of course not. Everything we do is between me and you." Says Ronnie in between kissing me.

I hate lying to my brother. I've been lying to everyone. First Ashanti about Alex. That's my girl, but I wasn't about to tell on my fam. Family over everything. Then I lied to Alex about me and his boy. I tried to let him go, but I couldn't stay away. Ronnie is too addicting. Now that him and Jojo are done with he's mine.

I'm feeling Kyle too. Man I'm all confused. 🙈

"What do you mean you cheated on me?!"

"Babe I know your mad but at least I was man enough to tell you. I could have your ass walking around here looking stupid." Says Alex

"That's not the point you lied to me. You promised me you would never hurt me. How can you do this to me?"

"I'm so sorry." Says Alex

"Sorry isn't good enough. I gave your ass everything. I let you in I never let anyone in. After all I've been through you go and do this. How long have you been creeping with her?"

"It doesn't matter." Say Alex

"Nigga I don't give a fuck how long?"

"I don't know man maybe 2 months." Says Alex

"So for 2 months you've been lying to me. I really can't believe this. You make me sick. We done I'm not doing this with you."

"What the hell you mean we done?" Yells Alex

"You heard me we through. I'm not about to be one of your side hoes. I deserve better than this. Mama ain't raise no fool. You can exit to the left." 👐

"I'll give you space if that's what you need. But we ain't done I decide that. You don't run shit." Says Alex

"Fuck you now get out. Be lucky I don't go out tonight and dance on a bunch of niggas. Shoot I might even take one of them home and get me some. I'm single so I can do whatever the hell I want." 😩👏

"What did you just say?" Says Alex

"I'm going out tonight and ima dance with whomever I want."

"Nah you ain't doing shit. How dare you talk to me like this. After all I did for your ungrateful ass." Alex gets all in my face. Next thing I know he back hand slapped me.

I fell to the floor so fast. I'm still in shock that this nigga actually hit me.

"I-I can't believe you hit me." 😥

"Don't ever disrespect me like that. Now I'll give you your space. But you not about to go out and have sex have with some other man." Says Alex

"Just leave me alone."

"Fine I'm gone." Says Alex grabbing his keys and leaving.

As soon as I heard the door close, I ran downstairs and locked the door. Mad my stupid ass gave him a key. Now he can come in whenever he feel like it. What did I get myself into? 😫

After locking the door, I walk into the bathroom. The side of my face has this big ass red mark. Alex is bigger than me and his slap sent me flying across the room.

I turn on the faucet and run some cold water over my face.

After washing my face I go into my bedroom and find some Advil. I feel a massive headache coming on. I quickly take a pill and lay down. I grab my phone and decide to call Jojo.

"Hey boo." Says Jojo

"Hey."

"What's wrong you don't know like yourself?" Asks Jojo

"It's Alex he.... He hit me."

"That bum nigga did what?" Screams Jojo

"We got into a fight and he hit me."

"No he didn't he got some nerve. Don't go anywhere I'm on my way." Says Jojo

"Alright ima be here."

"See you in a few." Says Jojo

"Alright bye."

I hang up the phone and pull the covers over me. I'm extremely piss that Alex played me. I really thought he loved me. I guess I gave my heart to the wrong one. Some how I always end up with the assholes. I don't know how long I can take this.

I put my phone down and closed my eyes. Before I knew it sleep took over me and my ass was knocked out.

"Ashanti baby it's me wake up." Says a soft voice

I wipe the sleep out of my eye and see Jojo standing over me.

"When did you get here?"

"A few minutes ago. Did you forget I live down the street?" Says Jojo

What took your ass so long?" 😒

"Did you forget that I'm pregnant. It take me while. At least I'm here know." Snaps Jojo

"I'm sorry sometimes I forget."

"It's alright. Now tell me what happen?" says Jojo

"Okay so Alex came over right. He called me saying we needed to talk. When he got here he gon tell me that he's been unfaithful. I was crushed when he said that. You know how much I was feeling him. I got mad and said I'm done. Then I told him I would go out and do me. That made him he crazy he slapped the shit out of me."

"Girl I can see that. Your face is fucked up. He didn't a right to hit you. Putting your hands on a female doesn't make you a man. Leave him alone I'm sorry I even introduced you to him. I had no idea he was like this." Says Jojo

"It's not your fault. I'm not talking to him for awhile. He needs to calm down. How do I know he won't come back and beat my ass again?"

"Don't worry about it he's not coming back. My ass is staying the night with you. I'm not leaving your side." Says Jojo

"I feel much better now that you're staying."

"I always gotchu." Says Jojo pulling me into a hug.

"Moving onto how's my niece or nephew?"

"They're fine." Says Jojo

"Look at your stomach your getting a baby bump. You look good pregnant."

"Thanks I think. If I look so great then how come Ronnie doesn't want me?" Says Jojo

"Y'all not together, I thought you got back together?"

"Nah he's been seeing else at least u think. He said he'll be here for the baby but that's it." Says Jojo

"Aww that jerk. Don't worry I'm here for you. I wonder who he's with?"

"No idea he's not as careless as before. I heard he stopped messing with Gia. I got hype I thought he would come back to me. Then he went and found someone else." Says Jojo staring to cry

"Baby don't cry it's gonna be okay. This isn't good for the baby. You don't need to be stressed out over him. At the end of the day he a man. He gon day what he want regardless of how you feel. Don't give him all the power. You co-parent with him and that's it. Let Ronnie be with some other chick. It's only a matter if time before he do the same thing to her."

"Yeah you right. Look at me I'm a mess. All I do is cry and eat. I don't know if I can take nine months of this." Whines Jojo

"Just think about when you give birth to a cute ass baby. It will all be worth it. Us sitting around being sad isn't working for me. We too good looking for this. We going out fuck this. Let's go we getting dressed and going out tonight."

"What with my pregnant ass?" 😳 Asks Jojo

"Well duh. You not even that far along. I ain't say we gonna be drinking. We can just dance and have a good time."

"I guess we can do that." Says Jojo

"Now get your ass up."

I grab Jojo and take her to my closet. I grab a white dress for me and a cheetah dress for Jojo. I leave her in the closet to change. I leave and take a quick shower.

After my shower I lotion myself. Then I put on a strapless bra and panties. Then put on my dress. I've been waiting to wear it for the longest. It's all white and had one strap and the back is out. I love dresses with the back out, if you haven't noticed. I grab my red bottoms and out them on. Jojo walks over and has on her cheetah print dress. We both look good.

"How you wearing your hair?"

"I'm wearing it in a bun. How about you?" Asks Jojo

"I could straighten my hair but that's too much work. I'm rocking my curls today."

I walk over to the mirror and fix my hair. I put on some eye liner and mascara. Then I out extra makeup on to hide the red mark Alex left. I hate wearing a lot of makeup. I no choice with this big ass bruise on my face.

"You ready?" Asks Jojo

"Yeah I'm good."

"Oh good you covered your face." Says Jojo

"I wasn't about to go outside like that."

"Just checking," says Jojo.

I turn off the light and Jojo follows after me.

I hope tonight goes well. I had enough drama for one day. Maybe I'll meet someone at the club to take my mind off of Alex.

When we get downstairs I grab my keys and turn off all the lights. I let Jojo go first and close the door behind me.

I unlock my door and climb in. I unlock the door for Jojo and she climbs in the passenger side. Just as I was about to pull off, my phone goes off. I look at it and see it's Alex. I'm not in the mood so I don't answer it. His ass can go to voicemail. I'm not letting him ruin my night. Tonight I plan on having a good time.

"Time to turn up."

"You already know bitch," says Jojo.

I turn my phone off and pull out of my driveway.

"After tonight ima be like Alex who."

"Exactly Ronnie and Alex will be a thing of the past." 😏👌 says Jojo
