I have no excuse, i forgot about this story...

It was getting close to night now. The wind started to get colder and the air felt cooler. The sun started to disappear and the light was dissipating. It was a little cloudy but the moon still added light to the sandy ground that Gajeel was traveling over. His dragon slayer senses were also helping him to navigate through the dark. After he stormed out of the room he ran into the stable and grabbed a black horse in the corner stall, he packed a few things that he knew he might need and mounted his horse. Please be safe. Stay with me Levy. Gajeel didn't exactly know why he was thinking like that but he just felt the need to keep the Princess safe. Maybe it was the fact that they were to be married in the future but he also felt all these indescribable feelings when he was around her. Their first encounter wasn't the most ideal situation but he realize he had grown to like the small mage. He felt silly thinking about it all. He laughed to himself. What is that little bookworm doing to me?
After a few hours of riding across the sandy field of the desert, Gajeel stopped at a nearby oasis to let his horse rest and figure out his plan. He sat in the shade, leaning against one of the palm trees as he caught his breath and organized his thoughts. He realized that who was dealing with was definitely dangerous and he knew he couldn't take the entire guild by himself. He was certain that Phantom Lord was behind all this because of the threats that had been showing up in the castle gates.
He clenched his fist in anger at letting the princess get kidnapped right under his nose. He was supposed to protect her! She was his future wife after all and he felt compelled to take care of her. He picked up a handful of sand from the ground and let it fall through his fingers. I'm coming for you Levy just hang on a little more. Soon after a short rest, he mounted his horse again and continued towards the guilds headquarters. He knew that their base was somewhere in the nearby abandoned town so he thought he'd check their first.
Where am I?
Levy slowly opened her eyes to see a high and rather dark ceiling. Her arms were starting to feel like they were on fire and her wrists felt like they were bleeding. She felt exhausted. She could barely move her head and her eyelids felt heavy as soon as she attempted to open her eyes. She was being dragged across some kind of stone floor by the chains around her wrists and whoever was moving her, wasn't being very nice about it. Her vision was blurry and her head felt like it was constantly being hit. Her head fell back because she was being dragged on her side and kept falling on her back and she tried to see who was ruthlessly dragging her across the ground.
She figured she had been drugged because of how limp she felt but she couldn't really remember how it happened. She couldn't really tell what time it was or either what day it was. She tried to piece things together but even her thoughts felt jumbled. She was dropped harshly and she didn't have the energy to move so she pretended to be unconscious and listen to the two other men conversing in the room.
"You think she'll talk anytime soon?" one of the men said with a thick arabian accent. "Perhaps. She'll give in soon enough after we're done with her." Both of the men laughed wickedly as a coin purse was given to the strong accented man.
The man that had dragged her in left the room and the blunette was soon being dragged across the floor again. She was picked up and sat in a wooden chair as her arms and legs were tied with a magically enchanted rope to the chair. Her head fell in front of her as she tried to think of what to do. The man grabbed her hair and pulled her head up. Levy's eyes flickered open as she tried to regain her stability. "Are you going to tell me where it is?" Levy tried to speak and her voice was very raspy. "I don't know what your talking about." She was rewarded with a harsh slap across her face as the man let go of her hair so her head fell to the side.
"You can remember me as Mueadhdhib. You may grow to hate me but that's okay because at least I'll get what I want from you." He smirked evilly and dragged his finger down her cheek as he let go of her hair. Levy yanked her head away not wanting to be touched by this vermin at all. He just laughed and walked over to a table on the other side of the room. She didn't like the way this was going and audibly gulped.
Levy took this time to look around the room and try and see if there was any kind of clue as to where she was. Everything was made of sand. The walls and the floor. The ceiling was made of some kind of wood so the mage assumed she was in a downstairs room. The only light source was a sketchy looking light bulb that was above her. She tried to get out of the magic binding rope but it seemed that the more she moved, the tighter it got so she decided against that idea. He soon walked over with a knife that looked like it had been heated in the fire. Her eyes visibly widened and her whole body clenched at the thought of what was going to happen. Seeing her discomfort made the man smile even bigger and show his gleaming fangs.
"If you don't cooperate then this object will become your very best friend for the next few days. This is magic writing dagger so whatever shows up on your body can only be removed with a certain kind of spell." He laughed again as he set the weapon back in the flames. He walked to the princess and slapped her across the face again. "You won't be able to hold out much longer. It's easier if you give in now," the man said. "I don't have any idea what you crazy people are talking about. Even if I did, I still wouldn't tell you anything." She threw as much spite as she could muster in the last word and then spit in his face. If he thinks he can get to me so easily, then he is dead wrong.
That crossed the line and the man angrily punched her across the face causing her head to be thrown at her right shoulder. Levy knew that her cheekbone would probably bruise from that because it hurt. She glared at him as he glared back. She looked down and realized that his hands had turned into some kind of animal claws so she figured he possessed some kind of transformation magic, like Mira. Thinking about Mira caused her to think about everyone back at Gajeel's castle. Gajeel. She hadn't really thought about him too much until now. She felt a kind of ache in her heart when she thought about him. She missed him. She wished that she were still back at her room. She wished none of this would've happened. None of this would've happened if I could have protected myself.
She felt angry at herself that she wasn't strong enough. She wasn't stronger than practically anyone. She was smaller than basically everyone in any aspect and she was starting to doubt herself. She was slapped out of her thoughts and was starting to get angry at how much this man was slapping her across the face. Her cheeks were starting to burn and her cheekbone was hurting from where he had punched her earlier. "Tell me where it is you little bitch." He said more angrily and Levy could feel her anger start to take over as she tried to get out of the ropes that were holding her down.
He got more violent as he hit her in the jaw causing her lip to bleed. The blunette continued to glare at the menacing man before her as he continued to hit her repeatedly. After a while Levy was starting to get exhausted and her whole body was stirring to hurt from the events of the day. The man stood up and walked over to her with the knife he was explaining about earlier and Levy tried to scoot away as much as she could while still being in the chair.
Trying to get away from it she leaned back into the chair as much as possible as he brought the blade closer to her arm. She could feel the heat off of the metal and was starting to panic as the blade was getting closer and closer to her smooth skin. Seeing her panic only caused him to grin even wider as he carved a word into her arm. As soon as the seering heat bit into her flesh, Levy couldn't hold back the blood curdling scream that escaped her throat as she tried to move around and get the blade out of her arm. The tears were falling down her cheeks as she gritted her teeth through the infuriating pain. He took the blade out and laughed cruelly as he watched the poor mage still shaking and panting.
Soon Levy was chained by her wrists to the wall and continuously beaten unless she was willing to talk which of course she didn't. Every day she felt less and less like herself and she felt like her energy was being slowly drained from her. Day by day went by as different words and symbols were carved over Levy's body preventing her from doing a lot of things and binding her to the man through the magic symbols.
Levy hated having all the symbols written all over her but no matter how much she tried she couldn't get them off of her. She knew there was a way to be rid of them but she couldn't remember what that was. She had started to grow numb with all the beatings she received and couldn't care less if her captor killed her but he never did. She never responded when he asked her where whatever "it" was. She knew she couldn't reason with him so she just never said anything. Little did she know that Gajeel was right above her in the next floor.
