"And why do you need my help?" I reply. Even though I'm not actually asleep, I don't want to get off of the sofa.

"Lauriston Gardens, is a very out of the way place, and the chances that your 'friend' gave you that neighborhood just to get rid of you are slim. Unless-"

"Unless she knew about the murder." I finish his sentence. Was she involved in this?

"What is your friends name?"

"Anthea, we were friends through high school, she was always very sweet... Did she have something to do with this?"

"I know exactly who she is." He says, now very angry. He storms off and leaves me without an explanation.

"Wait! Who is she? What's going on?" I scream to the other room in hopes that he'll give me an answer.

"She works for my enemy, who didn't set up the murder, but definitely wanted me to meet you. Why he wanted me to meet you is the real question, because as far as I can tell, you are as ordinary as they come, but why, WHY?!" He waits hoping I'll give him an answer, which I don't have. I'm as confused as he is. "Who's your enemy?" I ask cautiously, a theory popping into my head. **My** enemy makes enemies very easily, and the chances that he's Sherlock's nemisis are high, considering Sherlock solves murders and **he** commits crimes daily.

Sherlock replies with a name I don't recognize, "Mycroft. Do you know him at all?" I sigh a breath of relief. My enemy isn't involved in this, thank God, because whoever this Mycroft character is, he can't be half as evil as... **him**.

"I haven't heard of him, I have no clue sorry."

"Why did you relax when I said Mycroft? You have an enemy don't you and they know you're in London so now you're scared that they're going to hurt you in some way."

"He's not relevant. He obviously doesn't have anything to do with the murders, and he won't hurt me directly, so there's no immediate danger." I reply, trying to keep my heart rate under control.

"You wouldn't be so nervous if there wasn't immediate danger, Aurora, who is he?"

"He, is none of your business. I've been able to deal with him for the greater half of my life, I can keep myself safe." Which is true, except for the last part. He's been getting more dangerous, I don't know how much longer I can keep him at bay. Luckily for me, Sherlock doesn't press the issue any further and he starts talking about Mycroft again.

"Back to Mycroft, he wanted me to meet you, but you have no clue who he is, yes?"

I nod in response.

"Well, you need to meet him then. Obviously you are a part of this, whether you know it or not, it'd be smart if you met the man we're dealing with."

"Is he dangerous?" I ask worriedly. I've dealt with dangerous people before, I just want to know what I'm getting myself into if I agree.

"No. He's practically harmless actually. I'll call him and he'll have someone pick you up."

He calls this Mycroft guy and no more than 3 minutes later, a black car pulls in front of 221 B. I look to see who's in the seat next to me and I'm surprised to see it's Anthea. "Anthea? What's going on?"

"I'm so sorry for the misleading Ari. It's just my job." She gives me a pity-filled half smile and turns back to her phone. We arrive at our destination shortly thereafter and she points for me to go to the other side of an empty parking garage. A well dressed man with an umbrella waits for me and as I walk over to him, he introduces himself. "I'm Mycroft Holmes, and Miss Aurora, it is a pleasure to finally meet you."

"How do you know who I am?" I ask. I remember Sherlock said he wouldn't hurt me, but I can't help but be nervous.

"Well, we've been keeping an eye on a certain criminal mastermind, and therefore we needed to keep an eye on you too." His demeanor darkens and I immediately know who he's talking about.

"I'm nothing like him. You don't need to worry about me." my mind plotting what my next move will have to be.

"We know. But we also know that he is out to get you and we need to keep you safe." He replied, calm and collected.

"And how do you plan on doing that? You and I both know he'll be able to find me anywhere."

"I put you in the hands of my brother dearest," he pauses. "Sherlock."
