Beep beep beep. I slowly started to open my eyes and I let out a groan. I sat up and looked around for my phone. As soon as I found it, I turned off my alarm clock and dragged myself out of bed. I went downstairs and I saw my mom. She lifted her head up from her phone and smiled lightly at me.
"Good morning my darling. How are you feeling?"
I sighed as I poured myself a cup of coffee. "Normal. It's just a new school, I'm not really worried."
She chuckled at what I had said. "Well I'm glad."
I smiled at her and I took my coffee to my room. I set it down and started to look for some clothes. I put on a pair of black, high waisted shorts with studs underneath the pockets and a mid-sleeve white shirt that was a little see through. I tucked the front in a little and put my brown hair up in a bun. I applied some mascara and put on a pair of vans. I observed myself in the mirror and felt satisfied. I rushed downstairs and brushed my teeth. I was ready for my first day in a new hell. I grabbed my phone and bag and started to walk out the door, until my mom stopped me.
"Have a good day at school my dear, I love you."
I smiled and gave her a little hug,"I love you too mom." I walked out the door, put my key in the ignition, and started to drive to school.
I pulled up and stopped my car, observing everyone walking in. I was trying to find people that looked like I would hang out with but I saw no one. I rolled my eyes and grabbed my bag. I got out of my car and shut the door, and walked into the building. I wasn't sure where to go so I approached a teacher.
"Hi, my name's Miley and I'm new here. Do you know where locker 1066 is?" I asked.
She eye balled me and sighed. "Go down that hall," she pointed,"make a right, and it'll be on the right side of the hall."
"Thanks," I said with a smile. I started to walk off until I heard her call for me. I walked back to her and she stared at me.
"Miley, I don't mean to sound rude but our school does not approve of your dress code. You're old school may have found it acceptable to have your bra showing and you're shorts as high up as can be, but it's not okay here. I suggest you wear more appropriate clothing tomorrow." She gave me a fake smile and walked away.
"Dumb bitch." I mumbled under my breath and started walking to my locker. I looked at the series of numbers until I found mine and I put the combination in. I got a folder and pencil out from my bag and put the bag in my locker. I started to study my schedule and saw I had study hall first period. I sighed and shut my locker and started to walk around the school. I saw girls staring at me and whispering. I just gave them a little smile and wave. Do they think I really cared? I chuckled to myself and went up to a random person and tapped their shoulder.
"Do you know where 203 is at?" I asked.
The guy turned around and I observed him. He was wearing a white shirt with a gray varsity jacket over it that had white sleeves. He had plain jeans on, and he had gray and white shoes with one had piercing in one of his ears. He ran his fingers through his brown hair and ran his eyes up and down my body, observing me too.
"Yeah." he said with a half smile. He licked his lips and just stared at me. I stood there, waiting to hear more but he said nothing.
"Can you tell me where it is?" I asked, feeling a little annoyed.
"Oh sorry," he smiled,"yeah, just follow me."
"Alright, thanks." I said, happy to finally get an answer out of him. He waved to his friends and lead me upstairs.
