For a week, Miley quickly came in and then left again. It was always when I wasn't around, too. I kept wanting to go see her, but every time I tried everyone told me to give her space. Was I really that bad to her? Jake always left, too, but he always came back. It made me wonder, though, if he was with her. I tried to shake the thought off.

Scooter never called for assistance, so I was always at the house. I was never alone with Jessica since I knew how much it pissed Miley off. I played a lot of video games. I got high a lot with Ryan. Lastly, I just waited for my girlfriend.

I wondered how I never knew she was stopping by and everyone else did. Was it when I was sleeping or something? Did they somehow let her know I wasn't paying any attention? Why did she even come? It was probably to see Jake. I couldn't help but wonder if she missed me, though, like I missed her. I've gone a week without her due to my job, but it's not like I don't miss her. A day, a minute, away from her I'd miss her. Damn, I get too attached.

"Hey man." Ryan said as he came into my room.

  "Hey bro." I replied.

  "What's up?"

"You ask me that every day and I'm always doing the same thing.".

"Yeah man, I know. I'm going out with the ladies if you want to come."

I brought my fingers through my hair and took a deep breath. I shook my head.

"Nah man, I'm not taking the chance of not seeing her." I said.

"Dude, I know you miss her but come on you need to get out and do something."

  "Just go, man. I'm fine."

He looked at me for a second before shrugging. He walked out of my room, closing the door behind him. I sat on my bed for a little bit, zoned out. I snapped back into reality after a couple of minutes before getting up.

Ryan was right, I needed to get out and do something. The first thing I did was shower, and it felt great. After that, I wrapped a towel around my hips and blow dried my hair so I could style it. I got dressed, and just decided to be simple. I put on a white tshirt, jeans, white shoes, and a gold chain. I checked myself out, and of course I looked great as always.

I left my room, and heard someone talking. It wasn't the girls or Ryan, but Jake. I assumed he was on the phone since I could hear no one talking back. I decided to stay back a little, and listen in.

"She's pissed, man, its all good." He explained.

  Pause.

"Everything is fine, dude, I swear. Better than that, actually. You should be pleased."

  Pause.

"It'll be done, I'll get it done."

  Pause.

  "Aight...Aight...Bye man."

  Silence.

Where the hell did he get a phone? I assumed that 'she's pissed man' had everything to do with Miley, which confused me some and angered me. I heard foot steps go through the hall. I waited until I couldn't hear anymore before going all the way upstairs. As I walked to the front door, Jake walked back.

"I didn't know you were still here." He awkwardly said.

  "Same to you." I lied.

With that, I exited the house. I didn't really care about the walk, as long as I got to see Miley. During my walk, I thought about how I managed to cause all of this. But why should I feel bad? I hated Jake and if I could I probably would have killed him by now, because usually I don't put with this shit. I do for Miley, though.
