Unplanned and Unexpected

When I wake up, I'm alone.  Or at least, alone in bed. Slowly, I open my tired eyes and see Crowley standing in the corner of the room. I scream quickly and loudly, but then realize...it's just Crowley. Once you get past the demon exterior, he's like a big teddy bear.

Sam bursts into the room. "What's wrong?" he asks worriedly.

"Nothing, Crowley was just being a creep and watching me sleep," I explain.

"Hello Moose."

"Why are you being creepy this morning?" Sam asks him.

"I wasn't watching her sleep! I just came in to wake Mrs. Moose up because I thought she would want to see me giving a vial of my blood to you and Squirrel so you can kill that awful Dick Roman," he says. He reaches into his coat pocket and grabs a small tube filled with blood, hands it to Sam, then disappears.

Sam stares at it for a few seconds before I ask, "Do you think he's tricking us?"

"Don't know, I guess there's just one way to find out. Let's just hope that he hates Dick more than he hates us. I'm gonna go take this to Dean, he's in the library."

"Alright I'll meet you there, I just have to change first," I say.

"You mean put on some clothes?" he says with a smirk.

"Shut up," I say, rolling my eyes.

He walks out of the room laughing and I throw on comfortable pants and a bra under the t-shirt I'm already wearing. I walk out to the library where Dean has all the supplies out he needs to make the weapon.

I stand on his other side, so he's in-between Sam and I, and he begins. He pours the mixture of each type of blood on the bone, and there's no phrase to recite.  Nothing happens.

"Did-did we do it right?  There's no thunder and lightning..."Sam asks.

"I did it how you're supposed to.  Let's just hope it worked," Dean says.

Cas pops in behind us with sandwiches.  "I made you all lunch.  I went to a little farm in Normandy for the wheat, lettuce, and tomato, and I fully examined and comforted the pig before I...slaughtered it for the ham."

We take the sandwiches and begin eating.  We just drink water with it, in case Dick got ahold of beverage companies.

"This is really good Cas, thank you," I say.

"It's my pleasure Y/N," he replies.  "By the way, have you two thought about how us three are going to take down Dick?" he asks the boys.

"Cas, Y/N's right here.  It's gonna be us four," Sam says.

"No, Y/N cannot come along on this hunt," he replies.

"Why not?  We need all hands on deck!"  I'm glad that Sam is fighting for me.  He's actually standing up now, hands on my shoulders for comfort.  I stand up to go get a refill of water, so he takes his hands off.

"Because Y/N is with child."

My eyes widen and then I faint.  Sam is luckily right next to me so he catches me and holds me up bridal style.

Sam's POV
"Way to break the news to her Cas!" I exclaim.  I'm shocked too though, finding out I'm going to be a father.

"I apologize.  I assumed you knew," he says.

"No, did she tell you though?" I ask, a little hurt.

"I'm not sure if she knew or not, but us Angels can sense these things."

"How far along is she?"

He places his hand on her stomach and closes his eyes.  He takes it off, looks at me, and says, "About two months."

Two months.  In seven months, I'm going to be a dad.  That is, if we survive this.  We're really depending on Crowley.  Hopefully he wants Dick dead more than he wants us dead.  Well, she's not coming to the fight now.  If I die, I at least want her and this baby to live.

Y/N POV
I wake up and see I'm on the couch.  Sam must've set me here after Cas broke the news.  No one else is in the room.  I get up and look all over the bunker.  Did Sam leave me because I'm pregnant?  I see that it's still light out, and we're attacking Roman Enterprises later tonight.  I go to check one last time in our room, when the door to the bunker opens.

"There you guys are, I was beginning to get worried," I say in all honesty.

"Worried about what?" Dean asks, then leaves the room before I answer.

"That you left once you found out I was pregnant," I say quietly to Sam.

"Hey, I will never leave you.  I'm happy about this baby.  A hunter's life isn't perfect to raise a child, but maybe once we defeat Dick, we can talk about leaving it," he says, kissing me on the forehead.

"We can't leave Dean!" I insist.  He's like a brother to me.

"We'll talk about it when Dick's dead.  But for now Y/N, we decided you are going to help us in tonight's hunt," Dean says.

"YES!"

"But not much," he adds.

"Fine, what am I doing?"

"You're going to act like you're a secretary of one of the major businesses, and that you have an important message that can only be transferred in person.  Once you're in the building, you need to go to the north door and let us in," Sam explains.

"Got it," I say.

"Here's your outfit, go change, we leave in 20," he says, handing me a Charlotte Russe bag.  I go into our room and pull out the dress.  It's a tight fitting, short black dress, so it will show my baby bump just the tiniest.  I wouldn't even have noticed it if Cas hadn't told me I was pregnant.  I add the gold necklace the boys bought me.  What the heck, they have really good taste!  I look closer at the necklace and realize a very small vial is attached to it.  Something blue is floating around in it.

I walk back out to the library.  "Hey guys, what's in this necklace?" I ask.

"It's a bit of Cas's grace.  He said if the baby is hurt, unscrew the cap and open your mouth.  The grace will float in and the small amount is enough to heal something as tiny as the baby easily," Sam explains.

"Hey Y/N, if it's a boy, name it Bobby-John," Dean says.

I roll my eyes and laugh at the memory.  We all walk out, and once we get in the car, I take off my heels.  On the way there, Sam asks me things about the baby.  Did I know?  What I want it to be, etc...  Eventually, we reach Roman Enterprises.

"How come I'm in a dress and not professional clothes?" I ask.

"We figured if acting like a secretary doesn't work, maybe you could flirt with bodyguards or something along those lines," Dean answers sheepishly.

"Well, let's go," I say, stepping out of the car.
