I wake up in very warm water. My eyes flutter open and I see Sam. I freak out, thinking it's demon Sam, but instantly, he gives me the famous puppy dog eyes and I know it's real. Demon Sam NEVER did them.

"Shhh, it's ok. You're safe, you're at the cabin," he says soothingly.

"What happened?" I ask, noticing I'm covered in blood, and so are my clothes, which are on the floor. I've been naked so many times in front of Demon Sam that being in my bra and underwear in front of real Sam and Dean doesn't bother me in the slightest. Plus, we made a baby together and we were engaged. Although, he's not wearing his ring right now. Maybe he just took it off because he didn't want it to get wet, but I've worn mine everyday since I first got it. Dean leaves the bathroom so Sam helps me take off my undergarments and clean off the rest of the way.

"I'm not sure what happened, but Dean got out, and you did too," he replies.

"I don't know how I got out though."

"I figured you went through the portal after Dean..."

"That's probably it and I just hit my head or something, but I'm so happy to see you again," I say, putting my hand on his cheek. He gives a small and really quick smile, which worries me a little. Sam helps me get cleaned up fully and grabs me some of the clothes I had here from earlier, which is a cute flannel, some jeans, and running shoes. He brushes my hair for me once all the blood has been washed out and it's been towel-dried, and I go in the living room.

Sitting next to him on the couch, Dean looks over and says, "Y/N, I almost didn't recognize you all cleaned up and not pregnant anymore."

I laugh and then realize something, "Dean, did Cas make it out?"

"No," he replies and Sam explains for him how he "saw enough".

I sit there for a while, thinking about Cas and Mary, wondering where my baby girl was. Was she tortured? Killed? Demonized? There's endless possibilities, and that's what's worst about it. I'm really surprised Sam hasn't mentioned her yet, but maybe when he saw she wasn't with me, he got too sad. It could be that he's just not ready.

"Ok guys, I need to go into town and get us some fresh food. I'll be right back," Sam announces, pulling on his shoes and grabbing the Impala keys.

"Do you want me to go with you?" I ask.

"No you stay here with Dean because I'm actually going to run to the hotel a few towns away where I was staying during a small hunt and pick up a few things. But you stay here, you need your strength and shouldn't be moving around too much. You guys just got back from Purgatory," he says.

"You didn't tell him?" Dean asks once he's gone.

"No, how am I supposed to? And about Mary? He's hasn't even asked. He's acting so different..." I say.

"Yeah," Dean says and I hear Sam's phone buzz. I go over to it and pick it up.

Amelia😍:Meet me at the motel babe. We need to talk about why you left home last night!

Dean obviously notices my expression change once I read it because I look like I'm about to cry. I show Dean the text.

"Son of a bitch," he says. "Bobby left an old car here out back, you and I are going to track Baby and see what hotel he's at. We can't leave right away though because right now he might just be getting groceries in town. Once he leaves town for a bit, we'll start following him.

We wait for about half an hour before we pull up Baby's GPS on Sam's laptop and start following him. The Impala doesn't actually have a GPS system, but we're tracking all the phones that are in the glove compartment still. We get in the crappy car out back and follow where he's going. He ends in some town called Clear Lake(idk, just go with it). We find the Impala outside some run-down motel and see its parked in front of Room 14.

"Do you think it's a trap?" I ask.

"I don't know. But we're gonna burst through the door, just in case he's in trouble," Dean says.

We walk up to the door, guns in hand, and Dean kicks it open. The sight in front of me breaks my heart. Sam, laying on the bed with a woman resting her head on his chest, both naked, but covered up with sheets. Clothes are strewn all over the room, from the both of them. They both looked shocked to see us, and Sam is absolutely terrified because Dean is fuming.

"Y/N, I can explain!" he says, getting out of bed and throwing some boxers and jeans on. The girl, who must be Amelia, gets out of bed, and I see she throws Sam's flannel on, just like I used to do. He is on his way over to me, but Dean stops him and starts yelling at him. I just run out of the room and down the street.

Honestly, this is worse than Soulless Sam, because right now, he knows exactly what he's doing. At the moment, I'm wondering if I actually got out of Hell or not, because this is some of the worst pain I've ever endured. Making him seem all sweet and then seeing him with another woman. I'm just walking down the street, bawling my eyes out, when I realize I'm lost.  At least it's the middle of the day, and not night.

I try to dry my tears and keep walking.  After a bit, I hear the roar of a familiar engine behind me.  I turn around and see the Impala, but Dean is driving it this time, alone.  "I sent Sammy back to the cabin, get in," Dean commands.

I step in the car and sit on the familiar seat.  Crying gave me a headache, so I go to the glove compartment for the Ibuprofen we always used to keep in it.  Above all the cellphones though, there sits a pair of black lace panties.  I begin crying again, pick them up without touching anything nasty and throw them out the window.

"Oh, that's just sick," Dean says.  "Now I need to yell at him for that too.  I gave him hell back at the hotel room.  I think Sam has to tell you the story himself."
