A/N

Hi again...I ran out ideas for the last part and maybe this part too so excuse me if this one is...meh. ^_^

So sorry if the 'incestuous demon' comment by the faerie bitch was offensive...we all now what a awesome, sweet and arrogant guy Jace is...love is blind, as they say... >~<

And for those who asked, the faerie wasn't Kaelie from Taki's...just another random faerie that also works at a diner. They seem to like diners...

ILYASM AND THANKS FOR READING! PLS VOTE...IT ONLY TAKES HALF A SEC OF YOUR LIFE...THNX...ILY and enjoy this new part.

"Honestly," Clary hissed as they walked towards Central Park after a light and not so romantic dinner at a small and cozy mundane restaurant that had attempted a vintage decor but had failed miserably as the items in the restaurant had been more of eighties toys you could order from the back of a magazine. They sat and talked about things Clary had read in the Shadowhunter Codex and cussing faeries, leaving only at about 10.30. "I freakin hate stupid faeries..." she growled for the hundredth time that night.

Jace chuckled. "What? One offence and theyre officially your most hated Downworlder on your list?"

Clary swatted him lightly on the shoulder. "One, I don't hate all Downworlders therefore there is no list. Second, I don't only hate faeries. I'm annoyed by them. And third, may I remind you of Meliorn and the damn Seelie Queen? If you ask me, Seelie sounds like silly." Clary muttered, looking at her white flats.

Jace chuckled as they reached Central Park.

Now Clary was truly curious. "What is it that you wanted to show me here? The last thing I need is to get mugged and —"

"Just another beauty of the Shadow World." Jace said as he lead her to the small pond in the middle of the park. "I never got to show you...I wanted to...the day after your birthday but then the whole Valentine, Mortal Cup, siblings crap thing popped up, torturing me, killing me—"

Clary silenced him with a kiss. She didn't want to relive in the last few months that were filled with torture, deaths of loved ones and comrades, blood, secrets and betrayal. She knew that both of them had suffered equally, trying to diminish the love they felt for each other...

She remembered what Jace had said to her once...

Seeing you everytime is like ripping the bandages off a wound, opening it again...

Jace kissed her back, gently, one arm wrapping around Clary's small waist to hold her closer. His lips or her lips, Clary didn't care, molded into one another as they kissed.

Eventually, they broke away, both gasping for air.

"Don't go there. I'm here and that's that." Clary ordered, looking at Jace in the eye. His golden eyes bore into Clary's as he nodded, caressing her face.

"C'mon, let me show you something," Jace said as he knelt down beside the pond.

Clary stared into the water, watching intently. Nothing, Zilch. Zero.

"What—?" Clary asked before Jace shushed her.

Jace took out his stele and put it to Clary's forearm, drawing a silent rune on her pale skin. The black lines swirled out majestically from the stele as Jace drew it. He then drew one himself, on his inner arm.

A few minutes later, Clary heard soft splashes and high, silvery laughs...it sounded like the air and water were laughing...not that the two elements laughed but if they did, Clary imagined they would laugh like that.
