Chapter 2

“What do you mean Dad

“To be honest Donna, I don't think you have any clue how differently people look from each other. The woman you admire are a minute amount of people and the photographs in those magazines are often airbrushed to the max.”He paused as if to wait for a response from Donna,  “ Look over at screen 38. Look at this guy, Mike Tycoon. He is atrocious, but is surrounded by the world’s most beautiful woman.”  Mr. Tycoon was badly burnt , obtaining 3rd degree burns on 75% of his body, after using a new body wash that was put out in the elitist stores in upper Manhattan. “ Now let’s scan over to Broadway.  Look right here Donna. Are you seeing this?  This chick has blue hair, a green dress and red shoes, she looks like she is auditioning for, what not to wear; she is a disaster and you are worried about your hands and feet. Come on now sugar, you haven't got nothing to worry about.”

“Oh my freaking God, Dad, you just don't understand. You are one solid color and you match”, She said through her irritated amazement.

“What in the hell just came out of your mouth, Donna, daughter of Satan, Princess to the underworld, future Queen of Hell?” He asked in a perturbed short tone.

“Nothing Dad, sorry, just thinking out loud, sorry, it slipped.” She said sheepishly. She always knew that talk of God was not allowed in her Dad's house; even mentioning he has landed a few people in the pits. It was like a smack in the face to hear the word come out of her mouth about his nemesis. His name was not to be spoken anywhere in hell. It was straight to the pits for anyone speaking of or to God himself.

“Listen to me Donna, nobody asked you to think. So stop right now, listen to me and do as you are told. You will go up to earth and you will mingle and blend in with the city just like everyone else with black hands, feet, and all. This discussion is over and there is no changing my mind. I need you to get over your issues and get right.” He had reached his limit of tolerating her questions and she would follow along with his plan no matter what she said or how much she protested.

“Your right Dad, as always I have no say over this or anything in my life and your right the conversation is now over.” Like her mother, she was determined to always have the last word with her Dad, she knew that she wouldn't be able to sway him in his decision but at least she had the last word, she had control over the ending.

The Devil snapped his fingers to motion the guard “I’m turning wrinkled, fetch me my towel now servant, before I wither away into an old man.” The Devil was constantly worried about his physique, though he didn't show it to anyone, although he had lived thousands of years, he looked barely 40 and his body was fit for show. The guard quickly arrived with a plush fur made of virgin sheep's wool, and he began to dry himself off. “ Good work is hard to find Donna. Be lucky that is something you will never have to deal with.” he said as he tossed the fur onto the ground and put on his robe.

“ Now let’s get down to business my child. I want you to establish a “White Men Only” club, which will be difficult considering the ACLU has it out for anyone or company that discriminates on the color factor, so we will have to keep it completely quiet and by invite only. It's safer that way anyway. We won’t have to worry about getting any low rent trash in our , I mean your club.” He walked over to his massive desk, pulled out a yellow lined tablet of paper, an ink quill pin, and began to write down his ideas.

“Have you never heard of a computer Dad, a tablet for Chris- I mean fuck sakes,” her Dad peered up at her , “ I mean really , you have a thousand 3D TV's , you play the new XBOX in your hot tub, you have access to whatever new contraption is out there, but you refuse to toss the paper and use a computer, really hi-tech Dad.”
