HER ONE NIGHT STAND

THE SHOPPING EXPEDITION

The next morning Myra woke to her morning sickness as usual. She was having a cup of green tea and nibbling a Marie biscuit alongside when the doorbell rang.

It was eight AM to early for anyone to come to her house. She opened the door to Ritwik dressed casually in a jeans and t-shirt.

"Good morning Myra,"

"Ritwik what are you doing here so early in the morning?"

"Since I am planning to get married by this weekend I have taken a day off to take my fiancee shopping for her wedding trousseu. Do you have any problem with that?"

"Ritwik you may be the CEO but I work for someone and so I need to reach my office by 9 AM."

The moment she said this her cellphone rang. Gaurav calling her in the morning. There was definitely something fishy going around her.

"Hi, Gaurav. What you are giving me the day off? That's not necessary I can finish my work and then spend some time with Ritwik. Oh, well ok fine I will come tomorrow."

" Ritwik what did you say to Gaurav ?"

Ritwik smiled cunningly ,"Gaurav is an old friend. I just mentioned that I needed to spend some time with my fiancée and he totally agreed with me. I also informed him that for the next two years all of Singhania products would be marketed through his agency. He seemed to be quite pleased and offered to give you two assistants to lessen your work load and one month holiday for our marriage and honeymoon starting this Friday. Now go get ready , we are leaving in fifteen minutes."

"Where to?"

"Just get ready we have lots of work to do."

Ritwik took her to a designer friends showroom where she was shown the best dresses available. Myra chose a red golden lehnga for her wedding. She also chose a dark blue offshoulder gown with a back slit for her reception which was to take place later.

In addition Ritwik asked her to buy more dresses for the after wedding dinners she would attend. Myra bought pant suits, Indian salwar kameez and also some western clothes.

Ritwik had to force her to buy some extra clothes because Myra bought a few dresses and then refused to buy more.

While she was choosing her clothes Ritwik moved to the nightwear section and bought two beautiful lace nighties and some sexy lingerie. He was not sure if Myra would agree to wear them but a man was entitled to hope.

Even imagining Myra in them was giving him a hard on.

Next they moved to the shoes section where Myra bought five pairs of sandals and also two pair of stilettos.

Myra was tired and hungry so they stopped for lunch at a nearby five star hotel.

Ritwik.s next stop was the jewellers from where he bought three beautiful polki and diamond neckpieces.

He asked Myra to select a Mangalsutra but Myra chose a very small diamond one.

Ritwik thought of his other shopping expeditions when his girlfriend's would try to buy the most expensive jewellery believing in bigger sizes rather than a small piece which Myra had chosen.

Throughout the day she had not asked for anything. In fact whenever asked she would choose something practical and not extravagant.

In the evening after a cup of coffee he dropped Myra home. The day had passed quite pleasantly and he had not wanted it to end.

He never enjoyed shopping but today had been surprisingly good.

Infact the idea of getting married was starting to feel nice. Myra was an intelligent woman whom he could imagine spending his evenings with. As for the nights he had already had a taste of her passion so he knew that the nights would be full of making passionate love to his wife.

Myra had enjoyed spending time with Ritwik, even though she thought that he was too extravagant. She knew he could afford but being independent she was not too happy that he was spending money on her.

She knew that she would need to add to her wardrobe being his wife but was not very comfortable with the idea of spending his money.

She had a sandwich for dinner and went to bed early because tomorrow was a full day for her. She had to interview some new candidates and also windup her work this week since she would be on a month's holiday from Friday.
