Escaping the pit

Five days later

Percy's POV

I had been running for about five days I believe. I was constantly looking at my iris message I had created. It helped me know what what was happening. Even if it was a little hard to focus on  the iris message because of the monsters. And what I was looking at was Nico, Thalia, Jason, Hazel, Frank, Piper, Leo, the Hunt, and Artemis.

I had seen Nico fulfill his promise that he made me. The others had been doing quest with Nico as there co-leader. Thalia had taken the job of being leader. The Hunt was gathering the two camps and were bringing them to the originally mount Olympus. The campers were hesitant at first, and Ryan had a fit. So Arty just shot him in the shoulder to shut him up. That was the funniest thing that had happened in my time in the pit.

Anyway, right now I'm trying to sneak make my way to the doors of death with out the mob of monsters at the door seeing me. I was using my powers over water to make it look like I was invisible. But if you looked close enough you could see the outline of my body. So I had to make sure I was sneaky and not bump into one of the monsters.

I was inching my way to the doors, when I heard a voice. It sent chills down my back and made me what to go into a hole and hide there forever. The voice said.

"you think that you were going to get out of here that fast?"

I turned around to see a man who seemed to be in his late twenties. His hair was darker than Lady Chaos. His eyes looked darker than Hades and Nico's combined. He was also at least fifteen feet tall. He had a dark suit on that was pitch black. Then I realized that it was the pit himself.

Tartarus.

I stared at him in shock. I never imagined that I would see him in real life. And that he would have such a chill vibe. That is not right. He then snapped his fingers and all the monsters froze. I stared at him in shock. Did he just save my life?

"Yes I did just save your life. Now go in the elevator, I'll hold them off and hold the button. Now you go save your family.oh yeah and cut the chains so the monsters can't use the elevator." he told me as I backed into the elevator.

I guess that means I don't have to fight him. Well that is good. I mean I most likely would have died. The door closed and I felt the elevator go up. I sat down on the floor of the elevator. Well that was weird

The elevator door opened. I slowly walked out of the elevator. It was really dark, I cut the chains to the elevator so the monsters could not get out. I slowly started to walk through the hall. I finally made my way to the end of the hall. I walked out into the hall. It was bright and that was weird because of how dark it was in the pit.

       I summoned some water to make an iris message. I asked it to show me Nico. When I showed me what I wanted it showed me Nico, Thalia, Jason, Hazel, Frank, Piper, Leo, The Hunt, the two camps, and the Olympians at Mount Olympus.
     
The saw Arty with her Hunters. But behind her, coming down from the mountain was a tiny monster. With a small dagger with a black liquid coming off it. And the monster was pointing the dagger right at Arty.

Oh hades no. This is not about to happen. I did not come out of that pit to see Arty stabbed with a dagger. So I did the only thing I could do. I stared at iris message and then used the pond of water to stop the monster

This cot the attention of everyone. When Artemis saw the monster being held by water she took out her bow and pointed it at the tiny monster.

"What is that?"  Hestia asked. Or mom. Hehehe.

"A monster." Nico told her.

"No that's not what I mean. I mean the dagger."

"I think what we need to ask is what is holding it back." Dad said.
 
"I thought you were doing it." Zues said.

"No I'm not." My dad said.

I  guess it's my time to shine. I flipped  up my hood. And made it so the wind picked up.  The others were getting scaried. Well I need to make Gaea scaried.

I made it so my powers were rolling  off me. And then I teleported to the bottom of mount Olympus. Everyone jumped back.

I walked right over to the monster. It was shivering in fear.

"Go tell Gaea that I'm going to make her fade." I told the tiny monster.

I ripped the dagger out of his hand. Then let his water bonds as what I'll call them go. He ran back up the hill as fast as he could.

I looked at the dagger in my hand. This thing was dripping with evil. Maybe it would have made Arty fade.

"Who are you?" A voice asked. Turns out it was Zues

"I'm hurt that you don't realize who I am uncle." I told him.

I turned around and smiled at him. I put the dagger in my belt that was at my waist. I put my hands up to my head and pulled down my hood.
