Artemis's POV

I continued to bang on the weird invisible force that was holding me back from Percy. I had just watch the light in his eyes leave.

He had saved Gaea from something. That's all I could tell. He had mouthed to me that he loved me. I had never got the change to tell him back.

Just then, like ten seconds after the light had left his eyes the invisible wall went down and I fell throw. I crawled over to Percy and picked him up.

I started to cry over his dead body and my eyes were closed together rightly. I hugged him close to my body, hanging on to him for dear life.

I saw out of the corner of my eye that the Hunt, Hestia, Nico, the seven or six and Posieden were coming over and dropping to there knees staring at Percy's dead body.

I felt someone touch my shoulder and I looked up to see Zues holding my shoulder. He had like two tiny tears coming out of his eyes.

" We need to make a funeral for him." He said to me.

I nodded but didn't let anyone touch Percy's body. I stood up with Percy lifeless body in my hands. The rest of the Olympians that were stable, started to flash the campers back to Olympus in New York.

I flashed back to Olympus myself, making myself bigger like we always do so we can fit into our way to large throwns.

I then sat down on my thrown. I put Percy on my lap and just stared down at him.

When I quickly looked up I saw that my Hunters had sat down on the steps of my thrown and were facing me.

I also notice that everyone was in there thrown or in the campers' case sitting at the base of they're parents throne.

There were two Olympians missing through. Athena and Hephaestus. Both of their chairs were empty.

"Artemis, Athena and Hephaestus are preparing a funeral for him." My father said to me.

I just nodded my head and continued to stare down at Percy's lifeless body. I looked him over to notice that his hand was closed around something.

I opened his hand to see riptide in it's pen form. It glowed when I touched it. I then knew what I had to do with it.

Even if it was my only thing that could help me be close to Percy again. Knew he would have wanted me to do this

I bent down whispered into Thalia and Zoe's ear. " I need you to go find to biggest rock that you can find. Something that you could stick a sword in."

They nodded their heads and silently stood up from the spots on my steps.

"Pray to me when you have found it." I whispered again to them.

They nodded and then I teleported them away to a forest in some park. I looked down at me hand that held Riptide.

"What are you doing Artemis?" Apollo asked me.

I looked over at him and didn't say a word. He didn't need to know.

I was going to stick the sword into it. I would then cursed the sword. So no one was going to be able to use it unless that person was Percy.
