Chapter 24

Amber's POV

I was in my room playing with Mufasa, he has gotten sooo big! suddenly someone was ringing the doorbell like crazy. I ran downstairs to see who the fuck it was!

"Clay! what the fuck are you doing?" yeah, it was Clay.

"Ok. Hate to bring it up, but you know how that Lexie left," he was talking really fast like he was worried.

I just nodded so he would continue.

"Well, I just got a text from Alex. he was to hang out with all of us!"

My eyes widened.

"FUCK! we forgot to tell him!"

Lexie leaving happened so fast we forgot to tell Alex. Je was on vacation when Lexie left and he just got back, I think.

"He's going to flip shit!" Clay said.

"I'm not telling him!" I put my hands up in surrender. "He's your friend!"

"Fine. I'll tell him that the girl of his dreams left without telling him." Clay said sadly.

I know what he was doing. He was trying to guilt trip me, but that's not happening.

"Have fun with that." I said to him.

Before you know it, Alex is walking up my driveway.

"Hey guys! Where's Lexie? I really want to see her." Alex said all excited.

I heard someone walking down the stairs.

It was Gabby.

Finally she's out of the shower! She was in there for like 2 hours!

Her eyes met Alex and they went wide!

"Ummm Alex, Lexie isn't here anymore." Clay started off.

"Haha. good one Clay. Really, where is she?" Alex asked.

Clay can't do this by himself so I budded in.

"Ohio." I blurted out.

Alex's face got serious.

"what?" He asked.

I explained the story to him. He looked sad and I felt so bad.

"well guys I g-gotta g-go." he said looking heart broken.

Ugh! Why does this have to happen!

After awhile of just sitting here thinking Clay suggests "so umm do you want to watch a movie?" I nodded.

"It has to be comedy. I need a laugh." It was true, everything has been so gloomy after Lexie left.

I asked Gabby if she wanted to watch 21 Jump Street with us.

"No, I don't want to interrupt you and Clay." She said.

What does that suppose to mean?

21 Jump Street was hilarious, like it is every time.

Clay and I cuddled the whole time.

It was awesome. He's awesome. I'm awesome. One big awesome relationship.

"It's starting to get late, I should probably go." Clay sadly said.

"Awe. Ok. See ya later!" I said to him.

We kissed. Like usual, sweet and gentle.

(I'm kinda skipping ahead so yeah just letting you know.)

-- one month later --

Clay's POV

It was late and I am sneaking over to Colton's house. I forgot to text him.

Oh, well. He won't care.

I'm just gonna sneak through his window since it's late like 11.

I look through his window and saw something I never thought I would see.

Lauren.

Why is she there?

Wait, what are they doing?

Colton is with Gabby!

That dick!

Right then and there they kissed, like he wanted it.

THAT CHEATING DOUCHE SNOZEL!

I ran away to Amber's house. I have to tell her, I need to.

Amber's POV

I decided to go to bed early because I'm tired. I had to babysit Ava today. I love her but she's a pain.

Right when I was about to fall asleep I heard a knock in my balcony door.

WHO THE FUCK COULD THIS BE?

Clay.

Why was he here?

"What do you want?" I asked.

I'm only acting like this because I'm tired and I want to sleep.

"I need to tell you something."
