Ivory's POV
Shocked would be an understatement to what I was feeling right now. I can't believe he kissed me, is still kissing me! I just cried on him like a crazy lady basically telling him that I was screwed up in the head and he....he kissed me?
Well it's not as if I'm complaining, I mean, this just felt amazing. It was as if someone lit fireworks inside of me. His lips were so soft and warm, as my lips moved against his, he placed both his hands on my hips and I wrapped my arms around his neck. I felt so light, so alive, so....so free. It was as if there was no one else there, just me and Drake. No one else existed, nothing mattered as long as his lips were on mine.
Drake ran his tounge across my bottom lip asking for access in to my mouth. Without hesitation I opened up my mouth allowing him to enter. As soon as his tounge entered it felt like an expolosion of amazing tastes. His tounge wandered around my mouth, inspecting every bit of it.
It was one of the most amazing, breathtaking experiences of my life, but because it was me, something had to go wrong didn't it?
Our tounge's were wrestling each other when a frisbe came and hit the side of my head causing me to lose balance and fall over. I let out a small scream as I fell on my butt with a loud Omph!
Drake just stood there for a moment staring at me in shock, then, as if he finally realized what happened, he burst out laughing.
Oh my god! I can't believe that just happened! Why does this always happen to me? I swear someone hates me up there and loves to humiliate me!
Drake ended up on the ground beside me laughing so hard that a tear made it's way down his cheek. Honestly, I don't understand why he's laughing like this, its not even funny. All that happened was that I had my first kiss with the most amazing guy in the world right after crying my eyes out infront of him only to get hit by a frisbe and fall on my butt....thats it.
I was pulled out of my thoughts when I felt a tug on my sleeve. I looked up to see a young boy with watery eyes looking at me with such a guilty and sad look on his face.
"I'm so sorry lollipop lady! I wasn't see you until it was to late and it hit you! I didn't mean to! I promise! It was an accident! Im sorry! I was trying to throw it far so Shella couldnt catch it but it hit you! I promise I didn't see you! I'm really really sorry! You gotta believe me! I'm really very--" Thorens wailing was cut off as Shella came over with a horror sricken face.
"oh my god! THOREN! You hit lollipop lady? How could you?" Shella yelled at her brother. I got up as another tear leaked down the little boys face. He had bent his head down in shame and tears started to fall more rapidly down his face now.
I kneeled down beside him and lifted up his chin with my finger. I looked into his eyes and smiled. He looked a bit shocked and uncertain.
"It's okay sweetie, I'm still alive and breathing so there nothing to worry about! I don't even have a cut or a bruise, everythings fine, no need to worry!" I reassured him.
" but it hit you and you fell down and...and... I'm sorry!" he started crying again. This little boy was crying here because he accidentally hit me with a frisbe while at home a boy hits me on purpose and doesn't feel the slightest bit sorry.
" that's all right, it was an accident and accidents happen all the time!" I told him " even I do things by accident, but so does every body else!"
I gave him another reassuring smile and then genatly pulled him in for a hug. He wrapped his small arms around my waist and hugged be back tightly before letting go again. He looked up at me again, smiling this time before looking down.
He was about to turn around when he suddenly turned to face me again.
" uhhmm... Lollipop lady?" he called in a small voice
I smiled "yes?"
" do you have any lollipops today?" he asks in a shy tone.
I let out a small laugh and then nodded my head. I looked down only to remember that Drqke had my bag. I looked at him only to see him staring at me with a small smile on him face. As soon as he realized that I caught him staring at me, he turned his head in hope to hide the slight pink on his cheeks.
"Drake?"
He doesn't turn to face me but mutters a "yes?"
"Can I have my bag please? " I ask him
He turns to look at me and nods his head handing me my bag. I quickly open It up and grab two lollipops from inside before zipping it back up.
I turn back to Thoren and motion for him to come closer, he comes and I whisper to him " a king as brave and mighty as you should never cry" And hand him the lollipop
He takes it from me and smiles, "thankyou lollipop lady!" he shouts as he starts to run toasted the swings
I then beckon for Shella who had been just standing there staring, to come towards me. Unlike her brother, she doesn't hesitate and runs towards me with a 100 watt smile lighting her face As always.
I then bend down on one knee and hold out the lollipop to Shella " for you my beautiful queen" I say
She smiles at me then walks towards me with her head held up high and her hands holding up an imaginary skirt, " thank you miss Lollipop!" she says before giving me a hug and racing towards her brother, smiling to my self, I just sit there for a moment and stare at the twins plaing with each other on ths swings.
I let out a startled gasp as i feel someone put an arm around me. I relax when I realize who it is. We just sit there for a while watching kids play in the park.
"you know those OSS look a lot like you" Drake tells me
"really?" I ask uncertainly,
" ya, I mean, if I didn't know, I would have thought they were your siblings....or children"
I let out a small laugh
" you know Ive, you really are an amazing person, you just need to realize that" drake whispered to me as I leaned back in his arms
