A private plane arrives in Washington, four people getting out and entering an FBI modeled car. They drive for a long time, over the roads and through towns, heading into the slums. They drive until they're in front of a business looking like place, somewhat between the city and the rural areas. The building is massive, stretched about four or five stories high, two blocks wide. The car enters the underground parking lot and a gate closes. "Get ready to meet your maker." Bru says, Syl chuckling evilly. They park and the two men lead the two children down some halls and up a couple of floors, taking them into a room. There, Alice almost dies on sight. "Baby girl! Finally nice to see you after all this time." Kikyo says, standing and rushing to her daughter. Alice makes a sound and steps back, bumping into someone. "Hey there, little test subject. Nice to meet you again." Elkins says, gripping her shoulders. Kik stops in front of Alice and slaps her,"You naughty girl. How dare you run away?" she growls. Nikaido stands up, leaning down and punching Alice in the gut, making her fall over coughing," Can't wait to tear unto you." he says, chuckling.

Kik and Elk both smile at him,"Oh right. We forgot to tell you. Your existence is no longer needed. I have moved on from you, Nikaido." Kikyo says, patting his cheek and taking out a knife discretely as she walks behind him. "What the hell are you ta-ARGH!" Nik is cut off when he feels a stab to the back, Elkins following it up with a kife to the eye and slicing his throat. The man falls to a heap on the floor, bleeding out. "Ugh. Finally. Now we can be together." Kikyo says, dropping the knife and hugging and kissing Elkins. The man moans into the kiss, grabbing her ass roughly. Then they turn to look at Alice, who is in a corner, and Heri, who is hidden behind her body, despite him being taller than her. The grown ups grab the children and throw them to the floor in the middle of the room. "You can go now, Syl. Bru. Your payment will be wonderous." Kik says, her and her new lover advancing in on the two children. "Take the body on your way out." Elkins growls, getting an erection to the thought of all the things he can do with the two children.

Bru and Syl leave, dragging Nik's dead body behind them and close the door, locking it on the inside before they close the door. Elkins quickly drags Alice over, ripping the girl's clothes off. "You were a naughty child while you were out. How dare you try and run away?!" he says, picking her up and throwing her into a wall. Her body smacks against the wall like a sack of potatoes, Alice having no time to recover as she crashes to the floor and a massive kick is given to her side. She flips over from the force of it, screaming in agony when Elkins roughly enters her, thrusting in and out harshly. "You fucking slut. You know this was how it was ganna end. Stupid bitch, you'll always end up here." he growls in her ear. Then he bites her shoulder and stands, throwing her into a table, him coming up short and her head smacks into the table. Alice groans and quickly tries to crawl away, but her hand is stepped on by a heavy boot, crushing her fingers beneath them.

Kikyo drags the girl up by her hair, punching her in the face repeatedly and laughing as Alice struggles. She is then dropped and dragged towards the fire place. A fire poker thingy is taken out, its glowing yellowish orange end taken out from the fire and swung towards Alice. Kikyo swings it over Alice's back, hitting her with the hot hard metal. Alice screams in pain, tears springing to her eyes.

With Heri, he is taken by Elkins and entered roughly while being bent over a table. Heri sobs, his head being dragged back and slammed on the table. "And you. You encouraged her. Since both of you love being such delinquents, you'll suffer your punishment together." Elkins growls, picking the boy up and throwing him to the floor, entering Heri again and pounding into him roughly. Heri's naked skin, since his clothes were ripped off by Kikyo, scrapes against the concrete floor, Elk groaning at the pleasure he is receiving. He then stands, throwing the boy next to Alice, who is still being beaten with the metal rod, and grabs a fire poker for himself. Together, he and Kikyo beat the two children until both are bruised from head to toe and are bleeding. They stop, just before the children can pass out and pick them up, dragging them by their hands to the door.
