A/N: Omg it has been quite a while since I last updated, haven't I? :(
Terribly sorry for the wait, I've been trying to upload my other stories too.
Don't want to seem like I'm neglecting them, yeah? Please check them out by the way. I kind of write a lot of teen fiction (mostly involving romance) but I have one or two which are adventure-wise, so read them maybe! :)
With CCA activities (club activies) and so many upcoming tests, I've barely got time to even go to the toilet (I'm joking), much less update. I'm not even exaggerating (okay maybe a little, but seriously though). The moment I come home, I have dinner, have a shower, then sit in front of the computer for the subsequent 4-6 hours.
Bleugh, sorry for the unimportant rant.
Hope you like this chapter, please vote and comment, yeah? :)
I've been introducing my friends to Wattpad and they really like my stories YAY it makes me feel so happy and accomplished, although I'm only a fraction as talented as the other legendary writers on Wattpad... HAHAHAHA.
Love, x x

"Back off!" Blake grunted, his voice bringing my footsteps to a halt.
I snapped my head back to search where it came from and cricked my neck in the process. My hand flew to my neck to ease the pain. I strained my ears for any sounds, but only heard more gruff noises.
Blake's words sounded strong and commanding, and it sent tingles down my spine. But even the irrational part of me knew that his voice held a deadly threat. Which only meant one thing... he was in danger.
"Holy..." I started when I spotted them.
Blake wasn't alone... again. Jeez, it was exactly like what happened the other night, just that now it was in broad daylight. There were three other muscled men confronting Blake, again. Once again, they were in an alley, hidden from the public eye. And Blake was pissed beyond means at them, again. And I was about to intervene... again.
I smiled wryly to myself. I really was giving déjà vu a new meaning.
The three guys were the same as the last time, but they seemed to have learnt some new tricks, because two of them were pinning Blake to a brick wall in an alley while one was attacking him.
As I stormed over, the guy who was not pinning Blake back spotted me. Well, in hindsight, I guess I was not as stealthy as I had liked to be. Maddie often said that I was more of a dancing hippopotamus... just imagine it. As if to prove her point, I accidentally tripped over the trashcan and kicked a few bottles on the floor as I made my way over to them.
"Well, well. If it isn't the chick from the other night." The guy raised his eyebrows at me, slightly amused at my lack of gracefulness.
"I'm not a 'chick'." I retorted, and I heard Blake swear when he heard my voice. I guess he knew I was present, then.
"Feisty. I like that in a girl." The guy chuckled darkly, making my skin crawl, but I did not even scramble to get away from him as he approached me. He was leering in a disgusting manner, and I raised my knee with all my force and kneed him where the sun didn't shine when he got close enough.
"You litte -" He shouted, his face twisted with pain and rage.
"Language!" I yelled louder than him, cutting him off. I did not really want to hear him swearing at me.
