A/N: My friend thought that I ended off the story in the last chapter omg no way! If I did the story would be so sad and I really think sad stories are, well... so sad. :(
Haha my exams are all next week this will probably be my last update until 2/5/12, I really should start studying my ass off! Cheers and please READ my author's note sometimes (no matter how small that chance may be) there really is important stuff in there. >:(
OH AND,
For those of you who didn't read the last chapter properly, the bonus part of the chapter which ended the fighting scene is in the last chapter. It's right after my author's note... so for the lovely people who always read my author's note, they had seen it. I really hope you guys read my notes (however draggy or annoying they tend to be oops). x:
Haha anyways, here's to the next chapter, you'll be meeting Blake's mom! :)
Whee!

"Behind every problem child is a problem parent." I read aloud from the book I held in one hand while trying to balance a bowl of popcorn in the other.
"Oh, bullshit." Maddie snorted as she walked up, helping me take the huge bowl of popcorn so there would be no breakages.
"You think?" I asked her. Well, it did seem plausible. Maybe Blake had a few complications in his family.
"What about peer pressure? Societal demands?" Maddie asked, sounding much smarter than she looked.
"Oh right." I agreed, nodding my head as I sat into the sofa next to her, sinking into the comfortable cushions.
We were at Maddie's house, just having some nice girl time. I guess I needed some girly influence in my life. We were going to watch a movie although I could not quite remember what the title was. Maddie was really ecstatic about this. I guess she was looking forward to having a girl friend too. We had never been that close as schoolmates, but with our similar teaching experiences and coffee talks, we were getting to know each other much better.
Yay for us, I thought.
"Looks like Ronald Wright isn't that great an author." She snorted again, after looking at the book cover.
"Oh well. I found this in the trashcan outside my house anyway." I grinned at her and she burst out laughing.
"Let's get the movie started." She squealed and bounced off the sofa, grabbing a DVD and slotting it into the machine underneath the huge plasma TV screen. I picked at a popcorn kernel and munched on it. A picture of a woman with really slender legs came on, along with some music.
"I wish I had legs like hers." Maddie sighed as she plopped back onto the couch, looking at her legs disdainfully.
"Oh shut up, woman. You're as leggy as her, in fact I think you're even leggier." I admonished, trying hard not to laugh at my vocabulary.
"For an English teacher you have really bad vocab." She told me and I threw a cushion at her.
Maddie was a tall woman with long flowing blonde hair. They curled in waves down her back, making her look elegant and beautiful. Her big blue eyes weren't coated in eyeliner or eyeshadow unless she was dolling up for a formal occasion. They were naturally huge and pretty. She was really slim and it would not have surprised me if she passed off as a model. Her legs seemed to go on forever and she looked drop-dead gorgeous in short dresses or mini skirts. I envied her so much.
