"What happened ?" I asked out of curiosity and worry

"Mukti happened" Dhruv said setting his arms on the table

"Mukti ?? " I asked

"Yeah !! The girlfriend of police's head's
son" Cabir said and looked at me as if he was expecting a reaction

"Indian?" I asked

"Yes " he replied

"But what's the good or bad thing in that ?" I asked

"We have to know that can she be our help " Dhruv said

"And how can she be our help ?" I asked

"We have to investigate that whether she is sincerely involved with her boyfriend or is she pretending " Dhruv said

"How will we know that ? I mean she isn't a random girl who will leave proofs behind and we can get them and then to her " I said

"Your girl will handle it...she's so smart " Dhruv said and I looked at Nandini who sat resting her face on her palm...

"How will you handle ?" I won't allow her to get herself into trouble

"My friend Lucy knows her and she will be coming to her party..." she said "she invited all of us and she will definitely help us in that " She added "but we have to play smartly....No mistakes or else we can be dead at the spot..."

"Yes ma'am" we all said in a chorus and she smiled

"She has bodyguards surrounding her all the time...which are of course of his boyfriend.." she continued to tell us about Mukti "Her boyfriend David is serious about her but I don't know about Mukti " she took a breath "Mukti doesn't share her personal life with anyone...she is way too smart and doesn't leave any evidence behind " she sighed "Lucy told me that Myjti has built walls around her..She never lets anyone to know about her...." at the end she added "she's a mystery "

"What made you all think that she can be pretending " I asked

"Her being Indian made us all think like that " Cabir added

"Manik she had a troubled past and I'm sure about it " Nandini said "because she has some scars on her body " "Lucy told me that she goes to same saloon as Mukti does and the beautician knew that both of them knew each other so she asked Lucy about those scars and that's when Lucy got a hint and she shared with me "

"That's complicated " I said resting my back with the chair and extending my fist on the table and knocking it against the table slowly.."when's the party ?"

"Day after tomorrow" Nandini said "Cabir bring Navya also " she added
