I am so excited for this story, asdfghjkl! The reason I fan-casted older Sirius as Ben Barnes, the usual fan-cast for a younger Sirius, is because he's currently 35. (The same age Sirius was when he...ya' know, cough*died*cough.) It always bugged me that the movies aged the previous generation up so much (I mean, James and Lily died at, what? 21? They definitely didn't look 21 to me lmao.) But make no mistake: this will be set during the second wizarding war!
