I updated again! Hope you enjoy!  P.S. The outfits up top are usually what Candice is wearing, so yeah. Now, here is the chapter :) also, sorry ahead of time for any typos!

As I sat in study hall, I couldn't help but notice the extra commotion going on. I really wanted to go and ask what was so important, but I knew it was better no to.

"Oh my god! Do you see this? I wish I could look like that!" a girl, I think her name was Emma, said.

"Ugh, same! Why do I have to be so short?" Emma's friend, whom I believe was Kenzie said.

"Oh please! I'm shorter than you are!" Emma said to Kenzie.

After minutes of them bickering, I heard the teacher, Ms. Newman shh them. Serves them right for being obnoxious.

After a while, more girls crowded around Emma and Kenzie, gossiping about something, which was probably not that important considering their values laid on how many followers they had on social media.

"I need to buy that right now!" A girl with short auburn hair and bright green eyes said.

"No, what you need is this," another girl said while pointing towards something. All the girls near turned, their eyes going wide.

"Holy crap! That is beautiful!"

"I think I'm dreaming!"

"Okay who's going to the mall with me after school?"

Everyone's conversation was suddenly cut short when the bell rang. I sighed, gathering my stuff, kind of disappointed I couldn't eavesdrop on them anymore. Eh, they'll just do the same thing tomorrow anyways.

As I was walking through the hallway on my way to the cafeteria, everyone was standing still all peering over Emma's shoulder. Huh, that's weird.

I ignored them, and continued walking towards the cafeteria.

"Hey Brandy," I said as I slid into my seat.

"Hey Candice," she said before turning back towards Ella and April.
"Okay, as I was saying, the pink plaid one is totally better than the flowery one."

"Um, no way! Flowers beat plaid any day," Ella said.

"April?" What about you?" Brandy asked.

"Hate to say it, but Ella's right. Floral always beats plaid," she answered.

"Ugh, you guys are unbelievable!" Brandy scoffed. "What about you, Candice? What do you think?"

"Um, what do you mean?"

"The question is simple, the plaid one or the floral one?"

"I still have no idea what you're talking about."

"Here," she said, shoving what I immediately recognized as Victoria's Secret's spring edition magazine.

"Oh," I said as I felt a blush crawl up my neck, but luckily, my tan skin hid it.

"See, look!" Brandy said, flipping to a page where Adriana Lima stood, wearing a floral bra and undies. I looked at the picture, remembering the set perfectly; the spring field and sunny skies. It was also where I modeled the plaid bra and undies.

Brandy flipped through the pages until she found the one with me in the plaid. "See, this one is totally better than the floral one. Plus the model is ten times better looking," she said, basically drooling over herself. "I just have to buy it, now."
I smiled at what she said about me, even though she'd never know that it actually was me she was looking at.
