i . . . i think i'm starting to get better. i have stopped checking my phone daily for your messages that will never arrive. i stopped staying up late waiting for a shooting star. but i still haven't removed the note on my desk. i want to move on - and i'm trying. i'm trying so hard to move on from you, but i can't.

you weren't just one chapter of my life. you were several of them, each all equally memorable and important.

it's not easy trying to forget the important parts of a story.
