hi, i was initially not supposed to post a message here because i didn't want to ruin the flow of the story, but wattpad won't let me post a status for some reason so here i am.

this is my first ever completed story. it's short, because i wrote this to experiment with the short story genre, but i did take it seriously! this has been sitting in my notes for about a year before i even thought of publishing it, and i've also edited it a hundred times.

to be honest, this story went on for way too long for something so short. but i've been lazy at updating and at one point i have completely forgotten that i had this published. now that it's finished, i'm not really sure what to do at this point. i published this thinking it'll motivate me to finally attempt to finish a serious novel, but i really am the worst at trying to come up with a plot.

however, if i feel confident enough to do it, i might publish an anthology of my poems here. more than anything, i've always wanted to share my poems to the public, but my insecurity over my writing and my irrational fear of criticism has been keeping me from doing it.

anyway, i had fun writing this story. i'm thankful that there are even people who thought this was worth their time, especially those who've commented and voted here. it had managed to boost my self-esteem in writing so thank you, really. regarding social media, i used to have a twitter but i ditched it and turned it into a kpop account. that's all.

again, thank you again for being with me :)
