Too many characters
Authors I love you but I don't even remember half your characters relation to the protagonist.
There is no need to introduce every single person who the main character comes into contact with. Some people are better left unnamed until they become of importance.
Ex scenario :
Girl meets baker who is nice to her and gives her a free coffee and tart. Later on she finds out she has been poisned by food, so she reaveals.
"It was the baker, mavet was her name"
See knowing her name before that revelation was irrelevant until she did something of significance.
**also side note if the protagonist has a large family mention the relation as well as a name.
Just being helpful
Much love,
