Dedicated to @portdebras for believing the first book in the series for "not being crap."
And yes, I love to do dedications. Even if it's one comment someone made.
Another thing, why don't I update so much? Cause I feel like no one bothers reading my stories anymore. ;-; T^T
"Hey," I whispered.
His eyes picked the sound up, staring straight at me. He gave a weak smile, until he spotted Oliver next to me.
"Who's he?" Nick asked.
"A knight that lead me here. His name is Oliver."
"I don't give a damn about what his name is, but why the hell were you with him?" Nick cursed aloud.
"Once again, a knight that lead me here." I repeated.
'What the hell is his problem?'
Oh shut up Ava!
'But I like me some possessive mate.' She purred.
Can wolves purr?
'Are you judging on what animals say, making them that? Hell no, I ain't some tiger. Or even worse, a cat.'
I rolled my eyes, at both of Ava's and Nick's actions.
"Your highness, I'll be leaving now."
"Okay," I agreed.
I jumped off the horse, tying the scrap on a tree branch. I started walking down the steep hill. Hitting a bump, I leaned almost falling. I regained my balance, standing proud. But I couldn't just stand, so I started tumbling down the hill, crashing into a body.
'A dang hot ass body.'
Agreed. His muscle could be seen under his white shirt. Thank god that no girls were here, or I would have to beat their sorry asses.
"I smell jealousy and arousal , my favorite combination. Especially from my mate." He said, inhaling me.
I turned by neck, seeing his dark orbs fill my vision.
"Um, hi?" I said questioning.
"So, are you going to get off or no? Or will I just have to restrain myself?"
I let out a laugh, smiling at Nick's dark orbs still. My laugh dying down, I down my eyes downward for some reason. I saw what a kid should never see. No, not a penis. A bulge.
