"How about yes?" I offer him again.

"No."

"Yes?"

"No."

"Yes." I repeat. "It's like being King still. Just in a pack. Less stress? Being the King of Werewolves is stressful. Pfft. You have to deal with complaining Alpha's."

"I don't give a damn about the Alpha's. I will shut their mouths myself if I have to. So you can expect my answer as a no." He replied.

"Fine!" I sighed, admitting defeat. I knew he was not going to crack anytime soon.

"Finally! Now you can shut your damn mouth. Seems like you yourself can be Alpha." He commented, afterwards giving a light chuckle.

I smirked as I looked at him in the eye. "I'm an Alpha compared to you. With my mate or not, I would be an Alpha."

"Don't you mean Luna?"

"My parent's only had me, which would make me Alpha when I inherit the pack. Unless I get a male mate. Not saying that I am lesbian, but I support the gay and lesbian. LGTB?"

"LGTB should be supported by all." He agreed, nodding along to his words.

"So true. In middle school if your preference was different, you were apparently considered popular. High school turned LGTB into a bad thing apparently. People who were lesbian, gay, transgender, or even bisexual were shunned. It's pretty stupid."

"Agreed. Now sorry to ruin our mood and bonding, but I have matters to inform you with. You will be spectating the punishment of Laur."

"Laur?"

"The lady that ate the leftover mac and cheese." He reminded.

Now somehow he didn't sound as good as a person as earlier. If he wasn't a rouge leader or anything somewhat related to rouges, I would love to be his friend. If you avoided his evil side, he wasn't so bad.

"Don't punish her."

"Why shouldn't I? She ate the extra mac and cheese we had. Our warriors could be eating that, but a useless thing like her did! You know how stupid that is? I need my warriors, in case my plan didn't work."

After a long pause of silence, I noted the obvious. "Talk about awkward."

"Indeed."

"This reminds me when I had to do group projects with the kids who were considered popular. Apparently looking like Barbie was considered popular. Yet the doll was disgusting, no one should own one anymore. Unless your dating one currently." I recalled.

"Life is strange."

"Agreed, but don't have a Barbie in your little rouge pack?"

"She doesn't look like Barbie, she acts like one though. My unmated men or woman like to take their pressure out on her through sex."

"Oh. Isn't that cruel?"

"No. Don't tell her I told you this, but she's a slut. She caught STD many times before." He admits. "Luckily, I decided to not stay with anyone afterwards. So catching STD should almost never happen to me."

"Okay. Anyways, back to Laur. Don't punish her. She was one of us, until you became a rouge. And kind of lost your mind."

"Laur is a prisoner. I'm a prisoner. We should be treated equal, don't you agree? You know what, screw this. I'm getting her over here. We can ask her opinion."

I stomp out the room, slamming the door. Walking confidently I walk to the dinning room. My facade. Walking in the kitchen, I spot Laur.

"Laur. Martin has requested you." I lie.

"Yes ma'am." She said with watery eyes.

I walk, turning my head to make sure she's following me. I'm not going to use her, but I kinda am. We'll be able to escape together. Or at least try.

"You know where the exit is right?" I ask, making it a little obvious.

I hope she got the hint.

"Follow me?" She mumbled while leading the way.

I follow her, our steps in sync. Silent steps. Right. Left. Right. Left. Looking up, I notice a door she starts to head to. It was the door where I was just at. I didn't note that there was another door to the outside there.

"In here," she said while gripping my arm and pushing me inside.

"But-" I was cut off as Martin saw me.

"You fell for the trap, now didn't you?" He asked me.

"What trap?"

What was he talking about?

He nodded towards Laur.

She pulled something out her jean pockets. It was a mirror. She looked at herself through it, her hands nearing towards her eyes.

She was going poke herself in the eye! She crazy! Why would she hurt herself?

Still staring at her, I watched the scene unfold.

She neared her right hand towards her eye, taking out something. Looking at her left eye, I notice one thing that made my blood boil.

Her eye was red. And I'm not talking about pink eye. I'm talking about her pupil.

She was a rouge.

What a lie. Now who do I trust? Anyone can be a rouge now. Or everyone here could be a rouge.
