*Audrey's POV*
"How's your first week at school been?" my mom asked as she stirred her tea.
"Wonderful!" I said with a large smile.
"I'm glad," my mom smiled. "You weren't too happy about the move before. Why so happy now?"
"I've met so many new friends!" I explained. "First, I met Pepper. She's super nice and she and her best friend Blair are a blast! Then, they introduced me to their boyfriends. Such cute couples!"
My mom rolled her eyes. "I'm glad that at least you like it here."
"What do you mean?"
My mom leaned closer. "Eva isn't very happy. I guess she hasn't made any friends at school yet."
"Oh," I said and bit my lip. "I'll go talk to her." I stood up and walked downstairs. Eva's door was closed, so I knocked softly. No answer. "Eva? Can I come in?"
"What do you want?" she mumbled.
"Please? Can we talk?"
I heard Eva sigh and get up from her bed. She unlocked the door and opened it slightly. Her long, blonde hair complimented her shocking green eyes and pink lips. Sometimes, I was jealous of how pretty she was.
"Can I come in or not?"
Eva sighed. "Fine." We both sat on her bed and I grabbed her shoulder.
"Eva, how's school?"
"Terrible," she grumbled. "Nobody talks to me."
"Well," I said. "Maybe you should try talking to them."
"Why?" Eva asked. "People will just think I'm weird, Audrey."
"No they won't," I huffed. "Look, Eva. Maybe, they're shy too. You just need to make the effort and try to make friends. Stop wanting them to come to you!"
"Why won't they even say 'hello' to me though?" Eva sighed. "They all just look at me weird. Do I look strange? Do I not dress right? Do they have different clothing trends in London than back in Chesire?"
I chuckled. "No. I think you're just too timid to say anything. Promise me you'll try tomorrow?"
Eva rolled her eyes and smiled a bit. "Fine. I'll try. But if no one talks to me, I'm blaming you."
"Fair enough!" I laughed. "Now turn that frown upsidedown, squirt!"
"I'm not a squirt anymore!" Eva called as I left the room. "I'm thirteen now!"
I groaned. "I know, Eva! I can count!" As I shut the door, I laughed, just remembering my thirteen-year-old days.
I walked back upstairs and walked into my room. I flopped onto my bed and sighed. Suddenly, my phone started ringing in my back pocket. When I pulled it out to check the caller ID, I smiled and immediately picked it up.
"Hey," I said.
"Well hello," Harry replied. "How are you?"
"I'm great. You?"
"Fantastic," Harry chuckled. "Crazy how small this world is."
"Totally," I laughed.
"Are you doing anything on Saturday?"
"Not that I know of. Why?"
"Well...uh...I....uh..." Harry continued to stutter and I just laughed.
"Having trouble?"
"Sorry," Harry said feebly. "I just...um...uh...Audrey...will you go on a date with me?"
My breath was stolen from me. "Yes!"
"Really?!" Harry sounded super excited.
"Yes! Absolutely!" I shouted. A large grin crept onto my face.
"Alright. I'll pick you up at six."
"Sounds great! Bye!" I giggled as I ended the call. I then squealed and fell onto my bed and rolled around. "I'm going on a date!"
I then grabbed my pillow and stuffed my face into it. I screamed a fangirl scream and then blushed as I looked at the ceiling. "I'm going on a date with Harry."
