Snowboarding

Beep beep beep!
Your eyes shot awake. You looked over and saw the alarm clock flashing 10:00. You didn't see Lena, so you went to the room to wake her up. When you opened the door all you saw was an empty bed with the sheets thrown to the side. You search the whole cabin and didn't find her. When you went to grab your phone you got a text from her saying "Psst behind you." You looked behind you and didn't see anything. You got another text "Hey check behind the counter." When you did there was nothing there but a note saying "not here either hehehe!"
"Cmon Lena, where are you? Why didn't you wake me up."
"Over here mate!"
You traced the sound over to the couch when you looked behind it you felt someone jump on you.
"Gotcha mate!" Lena said practically yelling. You were frozen in fear. "Did I spook ya that much?"
"Yeah! What's wrong with you?!" Lena laughed for a good three minutes gasping for air every twenty seconds or so.
"Ready to snowboard?"
"Yeah let me just get my stuff, then we will go.
"Alright, hurry up mate!"
You gathered all your things and went to one of the hills.
"You wanna go first."
"Why are you scared?"
"No, not at all just you know... ladies first?"
"Ha ha your a chicken!" Lena said right before she went down the hill. When she reaches the bottom she called you down. "Cmon it's fun!"
"Alright ,alright here I come!"
You went down the hill way faster than you expected, you felt your stomach twist up in a knot but you never felt more alive either. When you got to the bottom Lena walked over to her bag and checked her phone. She looked at you with a sad expression.
"Hey mate, my mom wants me home a few days early. That means we only have today and tomorrow."
"Why does she want you home?"
"I don't know, I hope everything is ok."
"At least we have today and tomorrow."
"Yeah I guess."
You two continued snowboarding till it got around sunset, you both headed back into the cabin had dinner and Lena got the bed again. While you were laying down you thought of what was happening while you two were gone. You started to miss everyone and was kind of happy the vacation was going to be cut short. The next day flew by pretty quick before you knew it you were in Lena's car heading back home.
"Well at least we can see our friends."
"Yeah you should hang out with me, Lucio,  Hana, Hanzo, and Genji."
"Maybe I will, you all hang out at the park right?"
"Yeah, by the swings and benches."
"I'll have to come over there sometime."
"Yeah it'll be pretty fun."
A few hours past with you and her playing Truth or dare, talking about random things and before you knew it you were almost home.
"Wow we're here already?"
"Yeah I guess so, and it's been a shorter car ride then going there."
"I can tell."
She pulled up to your house gave you a hug and dropped you off.
"G'night mate!"
"Goodnight!"
You weren't really that tired so you talked to your parents and tell them about the trip.
"Glad you had fun." Your mom said.
"Well I'm really tired so your mother and I are going to bed, goodnight."
"Goodnight." You went to bed too, excited for what tomorrow held.
