What you need...
1. Tree
All you need to do is sit down out side, under any tree but the tree must be taller than you. Sit down next to the tree and say:
Gods and Goddesses, hear my plea, my (name) is in pain, please remove most of her/his pain So it may be bearable for him/her. So may it be.
If someone is dying, add: She/He is near her/his days, Please make them pleasurable and Bearable for him/her. So may it be.
