How Does a Moment Last Forever?

A/N; I don't own the Flash or the storyline for the Flash. I only own Genevieve St. Clair and her plotline.

Everyone piled in cautiously not knowing what the yellow man could do. They could hear him vibrating loudly to keep his identity safe from prying eyes. As they continue to advance, Dr. Wells calls out to Cisco.

"Cisco, lights!"

Cisco in the safe spot of the lab, nods. "Sure thing, Dr. Wells." He presses a few buttons and the lights turn on downstairs, the light showed everyone in the front of the yellow man. Detective Thawne was scared, you could see it all over his face.

"Detective Thawne," He looks over at him. "Would you like to read him his rights?"

Joe cautiously walked up the man, Eddie was watching him scared. "Joe, what are you doing?"

Joe seemed hesitant while walking up to the man, he replied after gulping quietly. "Getting some answers." He stopped, slowly lowering his gun. "Fourteen years ago, you murdered Nora Allen. I wanna know why." He paused for moment while everyone watched him. "Why?!"

"Dr. Wells." The man in yellow began speaking in a distorted voice, "we meet at last."

"What do you want with the tachyonic particles?" questioned Dr. Wells, wheeling up to the man in yellow slowly.

"My goals are beyond your understanding." The man in yellow responded.

Dr. Wells shrugged a little bit. "Oh, I don't know. I'm a pretty smart guy," Dr. Wells stared him down. "I knew you were exceptionally fast, so any trap we manufactured would have to be invisible." Dr. Wells en-laced his hands together in his lap. "I knew your cells could repair themselves at extraordinary speeds, so you could withstand the damage this is doing to your body right now."

Up in lab, Cisco saw the capacitors fluctuating and he began to worry. "The super capacitors..." Cisco said glancing again. "The containment field is fluctuating. They need to get out of there now!"

Back down in the containment part of the lab, Dr. Wells was smirking at the enemy. "The reason I know off of this is because your powers are almost exactly like those to of the Flash."

"Oh, I'm not like the Flash at all," The man in yellow replied with a smirk on his distorted face. And he quickly vanished to grab Dr. Wells without any of them knowing. "Some would say I'm the reverse."

Back in the lab, the computers began to static and they couldn't see what was going on down below and they began to worry harder.

"Dr. Wells, evacuate!" Caitlin said through the intercom. "Get out of there now! Dr. Wells!" Caitlin continued begging.

The next thing they knew, Dr. Wells was getting beat up by the Reverse Flash, the CCPD was standing there unmoving, not knowing what they can do. Joe called out to Cisco.

"Cisco, turn off the barrier!"

"If I turn off the barrier, that thing's gonna get out!"

"Cisco!" Joe warned him grabbing a huge wrench and carried it to the generator. "He's gonna kill Wells!" Joe then began destroying the generator and the barrier lifted, letting the Reverse Flash out as he grabbed the Tachyeon device and escaping.

"Find him!" Eddie commanded his squad, but before they could move, they saw him by the door. Glaring at them. "Don't move, or we will shoot!" But before Eddie could blink, the Reverse Flash knocked out his entire squad and was in front of him. Joe shot at him, but the Reverse Flash went towards him and knocked him away.
