Chapter 7 - The King will hear of this

Minx's POV

My body jerked as I woke up, I was sweating and I looked everywhere, My heart was beating faster knowing what was happening.

Darn it

I thought as I sit right up the bed and removed the blanket that was on my lap then slowly got off the bed, I walked towards the door, feeling my child-like height again, Hearing another voice on my head, telling me the objective to escape this hell.

When you're in his castle
Stay quiet as a mouse
You'll never know what awaits
Be quiet until you reach the gate
Stay away from your fate
Especially in this date.

It says and I look at the calendar that was in the corner of the room to see October 1 encircled with a red marker.

I mentally cursed and twisted the doorknob then pushed the door open, making it creak.

Infront of me were two hallways, the left was the stairs going down and the right was going straight ahead.

Tiptoeing towards the stairs that was in the left hallway, I slowly got down, quietly as I can, The stairs was quite the challenge since I'm small in this dream.

Hearing the rocking chair move, I exactly knew he was there, I got down ever so slowly until I got a little heart attack when I almost missed the step, I held my breath when the stairs I stepped on creak.

The sound of the rocking chair stopped and I slowly got up before the person turns his head.

"Who's there?" A man, basically more older than me, A crown on his head and a grey sword with blue inscriptions rests on his lap, if the lights weren't off I could've been caught already.

I stayed quiet until I hear the rocking chair move again, I slowly got down the last step.

"Michelle"

I froze.

"Michelle, I know that's you"

Kristen's POV

My jaw dropped open "You mean you all met each other earlier?!" I shouted, fascinated and the both nodded "Though I was about to kill them both and like you, Minx gave me a choice to go with the both of them or just plainly die" Kenneth says and Pewds raised his hand "While I was betrayed by two people who I was suppose to make a deal with, Minx saved my ass in the forest and I figured out that she was a fire mage so I decided to take the opportunity"

How do they trust each other?

No idea, but I think trusting them is a good idea, especially that girl with purple bangs
