Chapter 8

Chapter 8 - Someone has arrive

Minx's POV

I woke up without another one of those dreams -- which was a relief. I look around me, It was afternoon, My head was pounding and I still felt dizzy.

I totally forgot that I slept in the morning for the second time, I sat up and felt a figure by my side sitting up, I look around the room, my Hazel brown eyes searching for my sword,
I started shuffling to get out of the bed.

Thing? Where are you?

I asked but there was no answer to my question, I look around, The room was extremely hot and my face was full of sweat.

The figure was sitting up and I got out of the bed "Hey, easy... Friend" The man says and I look at who it was to see Cry, I sigh in relief.

"Where's my sword?" I asked, putting my hand on my hip then letting my weight drop to my right leg, He looks at me, Closing his huge book "Its in the living room, Calm down a bit" He says, I nodded "How long was I asleep?"

He looks at his pocket watch "about 2-3 hours" He says with a shrug, He starts to read his book again "How do you read when you have your mask on?" I asked, quite fascinated.

He clears his throat "Some first level X-ray vision" He says and I nodded, I started to walk towards the door exiting the room letting him be with himself, once I was outside I pulled my collar to let out some heat.

I look at the living room and another door that goes to the bar, I look around then finally found my sword on the couch, Once I touched it, I didn't hesitate to ask some question.

Why did you do that?!

I shouted in my head, frustrated and confusion mixed together in one.

Its either you answer her next question or not

I could lie

You were drunk

I groan, frustrated. I combed my hair with my fingertips as I walk towards the restroom and washed my hands before splashing water on my face.

Krism's POV

I waited for the time to pass, I was bored as hell.

"Hey Krism" I heard Pewds say and I look at him "What happened to Minx?" he asks and I shrug "I really don't know" I said the truth, I slump in my chair as Pewds turned to his girlfriend who I haven't known yet.

Hello?

Spirit asks and I ignored it,
The door from the living room opened and I look at who it was to see Minx, she was wearing her hood and I waved at her and she jogs towards me and took a seat.

"Sorry" She says and mumbles something under her breath, I raised an eyebrow, confused "Huh?" She clears her throat then smiled again "Nothing" She simply says and I nodded.

"So what about continuing our game?" I suggested, she seemed to be bothered with it but she nodded "Sure, why not?" She says and I smirk.

"So what's your past?" I asked the same question that was unanswered earlier. She looks at me in the eyes, I felt my cheeks burn but I didn't felt anything other than that, promise "Some normal child stuff, I don't really like dolls and those girly things, oh, except mascara"
