I Put My Heart Before My Mind

Tour prep

**Jenna's POV**

Zoey and I are both sick, and this isn't ideal since we leave for tour in a few days. Philip, Luke, and Blade flew into Pennsylvania for band practice because they wanted out of L.A. for a bit so, we'll be meeting up with them later on.

"I feel like I'm dying!" Zoey said as she threw herself on my bedroom floor.

"Be thankful it's a cold and you can eat. I cant even eat without throwing up after" I told her

"That's true. Are you still going to band practice? You don't look very good" she said

"I don't know yet. I'll need to talk to Ryan see what he thinks."

"So, how's Ryan feeling about Balz leaving the band?" She asked

"He shut me out completely for a couple days about it. He's defiantly hurt and shocked by it. I mean both of us were but that's his brother so he will miss Balz for sure, but he's doing ok"

"I understand how he's feeling. Do you know who Balz's replacement is?"

"Uh, no. I've been sick so I haven't talked to anyone about it." I told her

"Well, when you find out let me know. I'm gonna go grab food, want anything?" She asked

"No, I'm good thanks though" I told her then she left

I continued packing Ryan's suitcase along with my own.

"Honey, I'm home!" Ryan yelled from downstairs

"In the bedroom!" I told him

"Hey baby" he said pecking my cheek "I brought you Starbucks"

"Aww, thanks babe" I said taking it from him

"So, how are you feeling today? Any better?" He asked

"No, not really."

"Hm, are you gonna go to band practice then?" He asked

"I don't think so, but we dont really need it anyway. We've been practicing the whole week they've been here."

"So, text them and tell them to take the night off." Ryan suggested

I sent out a group text telling everyone to take the night off and have some fun.

"Do you wanna watch a movie and lay down?" Ryan asked

"Yes, that sounds great" I told him moving the suitcases off our bed

"Are you ready for tour? Other than being sick?" Ryan asked

"I guess we'll find out" I told him with a chuckle

A few days later

"Let's get started!" Blade said

"I'm really excited for this tour!" I told him

We're leaving for tour today and Zoey and I are MUCH better.

"Alright, load up!! Let's get on the road!!!!" Our manager yelled as we all loaded on the bus

"Jenna! Wanna sandwich?" Philp asked

"Dude, we aren't even on the highway yet, but yes I do" I told him

I got up and went to the kitchen area and got some sandwich stuff out.

"Do we have sweet pickles?" I asked

"Uh, sister are you ok?" Luke asked me

"Yeah, I'm great. Why?"

"Because you hate sweet pickles and now you want them?"

"Luke, I just want them this once get over it"

I looked at Zoey and Luke and they were exchanging looks

"Jenna, are you pregnant?" Zoey asked
