Chapter 8

Tori's pov

When we reached the flat the party was in full swing. The music was up and the lights were down, except for the neon disco lights shooting around the room.

"I'm gonna go find Chris!" Abi shouted over the music.

"I'll come with, Pj will probably be with him!"

She rolled her eyes at me.

"Ugh, you're so in love it's unreal. Come on then!"

She grabbed my hand and pulled me into the crowd.

After passing through a swarm of youtubers we found the boys.

Only Pj wasn't there.

"Hey guys!"

Abi hugged Chris and gave him her present.

"Happy birthday, sweetie." She pulled him into a long kiss.

I looked over to the others as we stood there awkwardly during their snogging session.

When they had finished I gave him my present.

"Happy birthday!"

"Thanks Tori" he said and hugged me after unwrapping it.

I turned back to the others as Abi and Chris were at it again.

"Guys where's Pj?" I asked.

For a second the two boys shot a look of doubt at eachother, but phil quickly replied afterwards.

"He's gone home, he er.... Drank a bit too much, we thought it would be better if he went"

The boys seemed satisfied with this excuse, though I didn't really believe them.

"I'm just going to go the loo " Phil said.

"Ok then" I shrugged.

Phil nodded and walked off.

There was a moments silence where Dan looked like he was in deep thought, but then broke out if it and asked me a question.

"Tori can I talk to you for a second?"

"Yeah sure, what's up?"

"Um...No, in private"

He took me over to the next room where we could be alone.

"Are you ok Dan?"

He looked me in the eyes for a moment and then broke into tears.
